They prominently display that 4K downloads are on sale for $0.99 instead of $3.99. But it doesn’t work. Once you put some in your cart and select the checkout option, it only displays a link to their Video on Demand site. There is no memory of your cart, and anything you might order is $3.99. I contacted their support about this. They were helpful in admitting the current stuff advertising $0.99 4K doesn’t work. On the good side, they said a rehosting of the site was in the works that will offer 4K without extra costs above your initial sign-up. The bad news, however, is that there was no estimate for when such rehosting is to occur. The fact that their $0.99 promo remains prominently in place, makes me think they hired a software developer to support that plan that left them in the lurch with a non-working feature (?) otherwise just remove the misleading promo text. This is just a followup to a comment I made in reaction to a user's observations about the site a while ago. I had a subscription to this site for a short time, and when they asked me why I cancelled, I indicated that the models didn't cut it.
