                                            | 1 | insomniacxxx (0) | I would just like to add that SegPay should NOT be trusted. They "upgraded" me to the Platinum account when my $17.95 sub renewed. They issued a refund, but they blamed it on me, even though I didn't even realize the sub was active and had not been to the site in at least a week. They also seem to just suck at their job; for example my Platinum upgrade was listed as "FantasyHD" in the confirmation email, and the charge/sub did not show up at all using their search tool. It's *almost* like they just hoped I would never notice. Almost exactly like that.

 I've always been treated well by CCBill and Epoch.
 They are the best in customer service.
 
 Some other services can sometimes make it hard to cancel a sub,
 or to get help with any complaints.

 Ditto that. I trust only Epoch and CCBill. SegPay is totally unreliable and makes it easy to say no to signing up for a new site membership.
