Almost never.
There are a precious few where the aftermarket installations are close to perfect but 99% of the boob jobs really screw up the natural perfection of the babe. (Jana Jordan (ala Jana Foxy) was a small A cup with an absolutely gorgeous body. When she added some man made goo she messed up that perfect body.)

Almost never, as I have never seen small breasts as a problem.
Worst, breast implants are almost always cartoonishly unnatural looking in the way that they defy gravity--the human body doesn't hang like that! Though they are at least slightly more appealing than lip implants.

I agree except to say that my problem is that implants don't hang. :-) They stick out as if they were bolted on. So horribly ugly. So who are all those men that give their wives/girlfriends a set of implants for Christmas? I can't even stand the thought of touching them.

The question doesn't say whether this is for personal preference or as an objective fact in the porn biz. Personally, I thought that Madison Ivy was fantastic as a natural-bodied babe. But there's no denying that she was a middle-of-the-pack babe in the biz, and that when she barbie'd herself up with the fake boobs, tan and overall fuck-fantasy presentation, she became a much bigger deal in the biz overall.
