It depends on the scene. A standard gonzo scene should probably not include footwear of any kind as the girl is about to be fucked into next week so she might as well be comfortably barefoot.
If it's a scenario based scene then it depends on the scenario. I can think of quite afew scenarios where shows would be a major plus and keeping them on even more so.

It's mostly barefoot for me.... particularly on full nude scenes.
High heels though are universally the big turn-on, but, sadly, I have to say is simply taken for granted anymore because they've been so commonplace in porn for so long.

I don't feel strongly about footwear but I like it when they have heals (just normal heals) or sandals at the beginning and take them off while they are having sex. I like that with clothing in general, where they have sex with as many clothes as possible and she takes them off during sex until she's 100% naked halfway through. That's a real turn on for me.
