After several emails to support, they kept giving me new passwords but nothing has changed. In fact, they even gave me another site to log in and that failed. The second time was the same problem and have not heard from their support or even received a refund. Poor support, movies are great but they keep taking my money. PS Yes, I changed my computer settings and nothing has helped. UGH! Reply To Comment

I've never had your problem, and have mainly been satisfied with the site. But there's no sense paying for a membership that gives more problems than satisfaction.
