 Yeah, it's completely pissing me off. I'm considering a chargeback! I've been locked out now for almost 30 hours. I've sent a half dozen messages and had no response so far. No idea when they'll get around to unlocking it but I considering this stealing from me - they're not holding up their end of the deal!
