I agree. I had the same issue, as can be seen in an earlier comment about this site.
Canceling the membership on both this site and any additional 3rd party sites they will sign you up for against your will is also very troublesome.

When the cross sale box is unchecked you shouldn't receive any extra charges or memberships. If this happened feel free to contact our customer support or email me and I will forward It to them cause this is surely not how we conduct business.

I have the same problem cancelling my membership. At centrobill.com (the payment processor of GGG) seems nobody to work despite their claim for 24/7 availability of their support team.
