tboy (0) 03-04-12  10:06am    TRUST USER?   YES (0), NO (0) capped speed per dl? Just a quickie, I joined up yesterday and have downloaded about maybe a hundred of so zips, no vids. I'm now getting a speed cap of 45kb per sec on each dl. I know there is no problem with dl manager (which i don't use anyway) and I couldn't see any mention of a daily limit but does anyone know if this speed cap is in place at all times as it's taking about 20 mins to download 1 zip :s Maybe it's just a sunday thing...
