 SnowDude, I trashed Norton a long time ago. A system hog. When I uninstalled it, my start up registry shrunk to almost nothing. It puts so much junk on your pc. I use AVG free, it's great, and doesn't conflict with anything else. Norton is a bully !

 jd - There is one small known issue with AVG free - I went to install AVG and got a warning about a potential conflict with Roxio 7. But I definitely agree - Norton AV (along with just about every other Symantec product I've tried) oughta be made illegal.

                                            | 10 | mbaya (Disabled) | I am happy with Trendmicro. My friend had Norton and so did I and it just wasn't anywhere as effective. Also, when I renewed, I lost several months of coverage that I had paid for the year before.
