No, you didn't miss anything. It looks like the webmaster provided a "special price link" that goes directly to his signup page. We'll touch base and see if he can't include a link to the tour.
In the meantime, you can check the tour using:

... just be sure when you're ready to sign up, you use the link from here for the special price. There's an outside chance that'll require you to dump cache (temporary internet files) and any cookies associated witht he site. But you probably won't need to do all that IF you've visited first from one of our links.
