It was no go. Paid my money and waited. And waited. And waited. No access. CCBill was good about it, bending over backwards to try to help me. They tried and tried to contact the webmaster, who is Moore. He ignored them. CCBill said they had to give him 2 days, by law, for him to contact back. He did not. Without me asking, they charged back and advised me not to bother. Full refund. You shouldn't bother either. Reply To Comment
