I checked out the site and can't see how to cancel either. I don't see a way to contact customer service either. I would never join a site that did not use either epoch or ccbill for the very reason you have trouble. I also see that TBP has no contact information. Very bad sign-I am afraid of sites that I can't easily contact. In my reviews I always mention as a plus if the billing company is one of the only 2 I would do business with.
