DHD isn't the best payment processor in the porn world. Most payment processors send your user name and password in the purchase email but DHD doesn't even mention the user name. Really weird.

I had cookies enabled while I remained a member, so I never had a problem getting back in, though I hadn't received any confirmation e-mail when I joined and didn't write it down, expecting to receive a confirmation e-mail.
I sent them a frustrated e-mail when I was going to cancel and got a very quick response - so I found the Customer Service here good from that respect.

Since Danni Ashe sold her site back in 2005, their support function has gone from the best in the business to the absolute worst.
If you sign up for Danni.com, do NOT expect any customer support. (Had no billing probs with their own processor.)
