Denner (0) 09-23-08  05:31am                TRUST USER?   YES (1), NO (0) WARNING - and a thumb up for CCBill LSG had an offer some 2-3 months ago: a whole year for around $40. After a couple of months my login/password stopped working last week - it should work till summer 2009. So off with mail to the webmaster - no answer after three day, then another mail - still no answer - for almost a week. In the same period they were busy with promotions for the site - I recieved three mails on that - but they obviously don't care when they allready have taken your money... So - without much hope - I mailed CCBill about it. To my surprise: After 5 minuttes I got a mail, that they had reinstated my login/password - and it worked... But for the LSG-people: Try to be concerned about your paying costumers too! Reply To Comment

I am not sure if I would want my password restored or a refund after dealing with a site like that. But one thing I agree with you about is that CCBill is usally very good in dealing with issues like that. Its nice to get the pros of a site but also learn about the bad ones too.
