This site is using regional pricing. You see 14.95 GBP, I see 14.95 EUR and someone in the US will see the advertised 14.95 USD. Some sites do this kind of thing. It has nothing to do with TBP / PU.

Nope. What I see is $$$$$$ not £££££. TBP site is telling me I will pay a special price of $14.95. What I paid (second time joining too) was £14.95.

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear. What I meant is that everyone sees 14.95 USD at the TBP/PU site but, once you go to the Devil's Film site, they are using regional pricing and you see the price in your local currency: 14.95 GBP in the UK, 14.95 EUR in the EU or 14.95 USD in the USA.
