 I use Internet Explorer.  I can download 1
 scene and then I try to download another
 and nothing happens.  15 minutes later
 I may be able to get another scene.  The randon
 chances of being able to download makes no sense.
 I've tried on 2 different computers and have
 had the same problem on each.
