Wraith0711 (0) 09-26-25  04:07pm            TRUST USER?   YES (0), NO (0) Cancelled but was somehow reactivated I cancelled this site on 8-18 and got the cancelation email. I didn't think anything more of it until today when I got a rebill email for $35. I go to epoch and start a chat and the tech asked for a screenshot of the cancelation email which I provided. I asked how it was reactivated and was told that I apparently had opened a chat the same day I canceled the site and requested it be reactivated which I most certainly did not. I asked for a transcript of the chat and was denied. All I know is that it has been "Escalated" and will take 24-48 hours to sort. There is something fishy going on here. Reply To Comment
