Yeah I don't know where you are but porn has been changed in the UK, can't join sites anymore without making a video of yourself to prove you are over 18 and to a third party site, not doing that so Porn is over for me sadly.

Your fellow Porn User is correct in reporting that multiple states have implemented additional age verification requirements. At this point, it's about half the country. Some states require additional age verification steps for social media as well as adult content.
However, when I tried to sign up for this site, although I was initially taken to the same page requesting my phone number, I hit refresh and was still taken to the biller to complete the purchase.
The page may show up regardless of your location, but you seem to be able to bypass it if your jurisdiction doesn't require the additional age verification process.
