The website is very nice as well. I was setup for auto-renew with account that included downloads. It just "expired" without auto-renewing and they wanted me to re-activate for more per year AND streaming only. I asked and support said that I had cancelled the account. I didn't do that. I wonder if they did that on purpose? I complained to their support to see if I could get back into my account that included downloads. Nothing yet. I won't do streaming only.
