-The main reason to join the XVideos Red site is the ability to stream and download the premium videos. With the free version of XVideos, you can't watch the premium videos. You can't download them.
-The definition of the videos varies. Many have 240p, 360p, 1080p. Or the highest definition might be 720p
Older videos (mainly 8 years back or older) might only have 240p and 360p. Or go up to 720p.
Newer videos from the last 3 or 4 years might have a 4K option.
-You get a wide range of niches. Covering many different fetishes.
-The content is almost all from pay porn sites. There is probably very little exclusive content. Not a normal pro, but the quality of most of the videos is very good. Sometimes you can see what site the video is from, other times, you can't.
-Streaming playback is good. You can fast-forward the video, and it won't freeze.
-Most videos have lots of tags, to describe the action. No text description of the plot, but a lot of videos have almost no plot, anyway. |

-The password for your membership is hidden.
On the confirmation email for your membership, they don't list the password.
Instead, you get a hot link to login to the member area.
I contacted Vendo, the payment processor. They could not give me the password for the account.

-Most videos you see(from other paysites) are edited versions of the original video. Most videos are around 10 minutes, some are shorter. But many videos have a message: If you want to see the entire video, join the site this video came from. So I think this is a form of cross-advertising.
-A lot of people saying that much of a tube site content is pirated. But I think that a lot of the content is taken with permission; otherwise, why all the messages to join the originating site of the video?
-The search engine is excellent. |

-The amount of hardcore videos is huge. Adult Time is the largest network collection of hardcore videos I've seen, but X Videos Red started as a tube site (it still is a tube site, if you're not paying a membership fee, and then it's called xvideos.com). But most videos at X Videos Red are edited videos, not the original videos. Most videos I've seen at X Videos Red are 10 minutes or less, while the original videos were 20 to 60 minutes or more.
However, I've seen some erotic movies at X Videos Red that are the complete movie.
These are mainly European skin movies, but it's a chance to see some old European movies from the 70s or 80s for a small membership price, or for free if you aren't a paying member.
Note: the search says "Search 10,546,022 videos", but that number is probably inflated. I mean, 10+ million videos?
-Not only do you get a ton of models of all kinds (ages, body styles), and the thumbnails can be helpful. I find looking through the videos easier and faster than looking through the videos at Adult Time. Adult Time is a great value for porn, you get a ton of content for a low membership price, but searching the Adult Time content is time-consuming. It's much easier to find pleasing content at X Videos Red. You're getting edited content, but you can join the originating site if you find some videos you really enjoy.
-A lot of the videos give the name of the model. Some don't, which is frustrating, if you think the model is really attractive, or the video is really hot.
-The membership price is not exactly cheap, but not really expensive, either.
$9.99/month, or $7.98/month with a yearly membership.
Although the site is huge, you have lots of categories to make searching easier.
As well as tags describing each video.
-I wonder about the definition of some of the videos. I'm watching a video that is supposed to be 1080p, and the image is not crisp and clear: it seems like the image is slightly fuzzy or out of focus. The details of the video file are 1920x1080, bitrate 2687kbps, so the dimensions should give a clear, crisp image. But the images are slightly out of focus. I'm guessing the fault is with the camera operator, who didn't bother to focus the video.
-Videos download with a generic computer-generated file name. You have to add the name of the model (if you know it), plus title of the video, plus the site name (if you know it).
-There are a lot of duplicate videos with different file names.
-Some videos require a separate subcription. So I guess the thumbnail for the video is an ad, which doesn't hit you at first: you click on the thumbnail, and wonder why the video doesn't load, then realize, you're supposed to join some other site.
-No model index. The models have no stats or bios.
Bottom Line summary:
X Videos Red is the premium version of X Videos. X Videos is the free version.
I suggest using the completely free version to see what the basic site looks like.
Then, start your free 7-day trial of the X Videos Red membership.
That should give you a good idea of whether the site is worth a premium membership.
For a low price, you get access to thousands (millions?) of hardcore videos, with downloading privileges. Covering a wide variety of niches.
With lots of attractive models.
And even though there's a lot of content that won't appeal, it's easier to find the content that does appeal, than at a network like Adult Time, where the navigation is more time consuming.
Adult Time is a fine join.
X Videos Red is a fine join.
There are plenty of fine sites on the internet, that are worth the money.
The main limiting factors are the time you have to spend, and the amount of money you can spend.
It's easy to overspend on porn, since there's so much quality porn on the internet.
But I'm very glad there is so much quality porn available at a low price. |
