How to cancel member

I have tried to cancel the member in the webpage using the support link
https://members.clubseventeen.com/cancel/auth.

But the page does not respond even though I signed in with my account.

Instead, I drop a mail to the support team however I did not get any response till now.

What is the way to cancel the subscription?

 LKLK (0) Give Club Seventeen support a little time to reply.
The site is good, but sometimes is a little slow to respond to emails.

But in the past, when a PU member has reported a problem at the site on the PU site, their problems or questions have been resolved.

And the webmaster seems like a responsible person who takes the time to handle any problems that a member might have.
