                                                                                                I would recommend keeping it simple. 
Tell Ultra Films you paid for a trial membership, and were never given access. 
That you contacted customer service explaining the problem several times, but the problem was never fixed: no site access. 
 
So you want a refund of your membership fee. 
 
The site should give you the choice of a full refund, or a free trial period to the site.  
That only seems fair.  
 
I'm currently a member of Ultra Films, and have never had a problem with the site, so I've never contacted customer service. 
 
But I know some sites (the Wow sites, and All Fine Girls) do have a ticket system for customer service, which seems cumbersome. 
 
But these sites should stand behind their product, which is giving access to paying customers. 
So I suggest standing firm, sending a customer ticket and saying you paid for a trial membership, and were not given access to the site, and you want a full refund.
