I create a folder for the site or DVD and then name each of the scenes by using the name of the female talent.  But like gaypornolover I also use a notation to mark a scene I really like.  I just keep it simple by using the word 'check' and a brief description.  So, for example, like outdoor sex scene so in a folder for Tushy I might have a scene labeled 'Marley Brinx check outdoors.'  Then I also transfer all of that information into two Word documents so I can easily find things.
