I HAVE A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TO NEW SENSATIONS.
I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS AT THEIR SITES.
FOR EXAMPLE, I AM NOW STREAMING A VIDEO AT 1080P, 12,000 kbps AT NEW SENSATIONS.
AT THE SAME TIME, I AM DOWNLOADING THE SAME VIDEO AT 720P, FILE SIZE 382 MB.
THE DOWNLOAD SPEED I AM GETTING IS BETWEEN 2 TO 3 MB/SEC, WHICH IS 16 TO 24 Mbps (byte versus bit).
SO THE FILE TAKES LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO DOWNLOAD, AT THE SAME TIME I AM STREAMING THE VIDEO.
(I WOULD GUESS THAT MY DOWNLOAD SPEED MIGHT INCREASE SLIGHTLY, IF I WERE NOT STREAMING AT THE SAME TIME.)
YOU SAY YOU HAVE A 75Mbps CONNECTION.
I HAVE A 50Mbps CONNECTION
I USE DOWNTHEMALL, A FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER, THAT SHOWS THE ACTUAL DOWNLOAD SPEEDS FOR THE FILES I DOWNLOAD.
THAT'S WHY I STATE THAT I WAS GETTING 2 TO 3 MB/SEC DOWNLOAD SPEEDS.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE AT NEW SENSATIONS?
IF YOU ARE TAKING AN HOUR TO DOWNLOAD A SINGLE FILE, YOU NEED TO CHECK/FIND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
WHETHER IT'S WITH YOUR ISP, YOUR COMPUTER (HARDWARE, SOFTWARE), OR WHATEVER.
I DON'T THINK THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE NEW SENSATIONS SERVERS, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, AND NEVER HAD ANY SERIOUS DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE.

For the record, I do not have this issue at all. Maybe they've improved, maybe you got unlucky when you tried. But just so other folks know; I just downloaded a 2.77GB scene in roughly 2 minutes, speed hovered right around 10–12MB/s for most of that. And in general, I've had really fast downloads since rejoining a month or so ago.

You are right.
I had a lot of trouble at the start, but more recently downloads are down to 5-8 minutes now.
Still too slow for streaming but it now works much better to download to an external hard drive and watch from there.
I am also using a good download manager which also seems to help.
