Thanks. Maybe I should call their help line because they aren't replying to my email request. All I want is confirmation that my membership is truly cancelled. I can't say that losing access to the site bothers me because I've been very disappointed in the bulk of their updates for a while and a break is just what the doctor ordered.

have renewed for 5+ months. I don't think they will lose money and
might avoid pissing some customers off. I do not want HD in my porn.
If my faborite sites all go HD tomorrow, then I will be unable to join many of them. Those HD videos would eat my alloted download far too quickly.
I joined Naughty America not long after Brazzer. I also like that site. I have to do a review some time. I find that their content is very similar.

Thanks for the heads up guys. I was about to rejoin on the assumption that HD was available.
I have reviewed Brazzers before and slated them. Now I feel better knowing I was right.
HD is a given for most sites today and it's taking the piss if they think it's a loyalty bonus after a 6 month sub.
Add to that 'regional' fukin pricing and I'm outta here.

Hi,
Playing the HD vids freezes my players here.
I tried Windows Media Player, Zoom player, BS Player, ...all of them go out of memory and crash.
Im on Windows 7 RC.
Anyone else with that issue ?

I was trying to be a bit cynical in my post and I guess it didn't quite come off right now that I look at it again. I guess I was under the impression that you could at least stream the HD vids before the six month waiting period expired. If you can't even stream then it is a 100% rip off as opposed to a 90% rip off.

Despite all the hate for Brazzers in the forum {some probably justified} I think it is a great value. I just finished a year@ $96 and got a another @ $80. There is a lot of good and some great porn at less than $7 a month.

I took a quick peek and yup, they advertise 1080 p HD vids. You have to be admit that they don't promise downloads in HD but it's still deceptive marketing. I also see that they are advertising "100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back" on their sign up page. I wonder if that's a scam too or if they're going to dooling out some refunds soon.

Oh that sucks so bad! My membership just ran out a few weeks ago because my credit card numbers changed after having been a member for about 2 years!
Now lets think about this for a moment. They are claiming more demand on their system. So they make you stick around for half a year downloading all the while then make you go back and redownload everything in HD. This is a waste for us and them. Basically we either wait half a year to begin downloading or download everything twice. If this were my company I would have fired this person for being retarded and bring this idea up in the first place.
I always though people running large network sites where stupid, and here is yet more proof. I swear when the people do something right they actually try to dampen the impact of the good news by counteracting with something incredibly stupid.

I completely agree.
However, it is better to be upfront than to make silly excuses.
Being straight up with your members is a good service protocol and it will only help business.
I just received a discount offer from Sex and Submission as I have been a member before.
They included links to all their new updates. So, my decision could be an informed and balanced one.
DDF have been glancing excuses about their updates and have made some silly offers to me to resubscribe.
This is the type of business I am not too fond of.
And the money plays a huge part in the equation.
If you make a ton of money then some of it should be put back into the business to improve it.
I am a one man business and pride myself on the service I provide to my customers, no matter how overwhelming it gets.
If I had a better turnover I would employ staff to make sure the level of service is maintained.
Like you said: lets see what happens and our wallets will do the talking.

I am fed of the way some of these sites treat us.
And what is amazing is they make an absolute fortune.
On the last count Videobox had over 2 million members and at the lower rate of $9.99 that equates to 20 million dollars a month.
They keep scamming us.
DDF have not even updated their site and after a ton of emails between me and them they then blamed the global recession for their lack of updates.
Can you believe that?
Probably best to wait it out and see what happens.

I'm glad that they eventually answered my question. I'm not happy about how long it took and I have no compliments for their business practices, which I consider to be as close to Bait and Switch as you can get without actually being there.

Oh, I think I might have read the comment wrong. My mistake. Give us an update on your situation if you can actually get through to customer service on the phone or if they give you a valid response. If it is a direct sale from the merchant and they do not honor the sale, then that is extremely shady business and should be looked at more closely.

Ouch, I hate it when sites have an automated response to questions in support or just seem so damn thickheaded that they give an answer to a clear, concise question with complete vagueness. I've had this happen to me quite a few times and I do feel it does affect my overall experience with a site in general.
As for the place where you got the deal, I'm guessing it was a link out to the site which then offered this price at their billing processor (like how TBP discounts work?). Maybe, you can attempt to contact support or someone from the site that gave the discount link to confirm the discount is still in effect or had success? Good luck with this adventure, I hate the waiting process when shit goes wrong and I know what you are feeling right now :(

Yes I did notice the Amy Reid video. I am a huge fan of hers. I get excited every time I see something of hers coming out.
Small breast are okay, but Brazzers is all about big breast and this is what keeps me around. Now some of the newer women are pretty good looking which goes a long way for me. I doesnt really matter if a woman has large, perfect breast if her face looks like a turd!
