Yeah it looks OK/promising, but I don't understand if they provide flash streaming only or also download option:
in the TBP review only flash qualities are mentioned but on the support site both Divx, windows mediaplayer and downloads are mentioned so I guess they do DIVX movie downloads?
they now have a full trial, 2 bucks for a day....so I might give it a try.
Quality of clips:
I am not an expert like Toadsith, so I can't give the technical aspects of the DVD clips, or the expert's appraisal of the clips. I am giving an average viewer's response to video clips (who has some, but not extensive experience in viewing porn clips).
If you've been a member of justteensite, justteenmovie, or femjoy, you will have seen extremely clear, clean videos. I am talking about visually. They have the highest quality in terms of clarity and detail, almost like high-quality photos.
The video clips at SilverstoneDVD and DevilsFilm are not as high quality visually as the videos at Femjoy, justteensite, and justteenmovie. I remember reading one post at PU that explains that DVD clips are not visually as high quality as the video clips at some special sites because of economic reasons (it's cheaper to shoot lower quality clips because of the video camera cost and maybe other reasons).
The high def video is listed as 1280x720 at justteensite and justteenmovie.
The femjoy, justteensite and justteenmovie clips I saw were softcore, which is apart from the quality of the clip.But the clips were made for those sites, not as part of a DVD. SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm are hardcore clips, made for a DVD market. So that explains why the visual clarity is not as high.
I saw a large number of clips at SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm, and thought they were good or decent quality, not high quality, but good. I did not see any clips that were visually mediocre as in milky or blurred. These are professionally shot clips, no jerky camera shots, fairly good editing (editing could be improved, the entire clip could be improved, but what do you expect from a porno DVD?).
These are straight sex clips, with almost no story.
Production values are not great, but the colors are good: for the skin colors of the models, for the colors of the settings.
I did not examine all the clips. For me to look at a clip,
1. I look at the model in the clip: Is the attractive? If not, skip the clip.
2. If the model is attractive, I watch the streaming clip, to see if the sex is stupid, is the moaning and groaning too annoyingly fake, the background music too loud or jangly.
3. I download and save the clips I like. To see them again later.
All the clips I saw had good, not mediocre, viewing-quality.
There are at least some models at SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm that are really attractive. The clips would be improved if they had some story, some teasing, sex that was less mechanical, better acting by the model, less fake moaning and groaning by the female and male models (but the moaning and groaning is less than in many porn clips), better background music, softer background music, and the entire clip could be improved. But at least you get some clips of attractive girls that are watchable.
Visually, these are good-quality hardcore clips.
Does this place have exclusive videos for their site? I'm guessing after reading reviews and comments that it's kind of a super site with a shit load of models with non-exclusive photo sets and videos? But, from the looks of your comment, the videos are kind of inferior to maybe some other sites with exclusive stuff?
Wait, I didn't compare VideosZ and VideoBox - maybe VideoBox is even more "same old", I didn't try it yet.
And what I've meant when I've wrote that VideosZ is "same old" is more about the overall sad state of adult DVD industry, where 90% of the scenes look exactly the same: fade in - one guy (maybe 2) and one girl (maybe 2) are coming into the motel room - crossfade - she sucks him - crossfade - they're fucking - crossfade - position change - crossfade - he's masturbating to cum on her face - fade out. IMHO, best www sites (and especially networks) currently provide MUCH better variety then average DVD stuff which is all over VideosZ (yes, you can find something good on VideosZ too, but it takes time and effort, and unfortunately there isn't enough of it there).
What I mean by average is not up to 2009 standards. Probably 2007 standards. I'm comparing them to most sites. They don't look really horrible, they're like the vids from other karups sites. But like I said the new HD vids are much clearer.
I wonder why are porn sites are always a step behind in video quality?

I also looked at their recent vid of "Nirvana." She's sexy and lets you know, but the quality is lacking. Even if she weren't bathed in excessive back light at a window, it still would be strain to enjoy it. It just looks kind of crappy.

Hate to hear that. Sometimes I wonder if it is possible to get someones previous username and reactivate their account that way. The reason I wonder this is because if I go to Mac & Bummble there is sometime a "reactivate you account" button that the bottom of the page. The fine print read that it charges your credit card using stored information. So the thought here is that possibly all someone may need is your previous username to screw you over. I do not know if this would give that person access or not, but you will still get the bill for it.

Believe it or not but I'm a current member. ;)
The big problem is that they only show the current and next update, but there's no archive of updates per se.
So as a member you have to keep checking back every day -- which might not be a problem. But as a returning member, you have to check the archives of many of the models to see which ones got updates, AND have filed the ones from your last visit by the set numbers (e.g., Portia 01) or know when you last quit.
And the zips are colossal while the server is pokey. It's like loading up a mule with 300 pounds of gold bars. Tsk-tsk! Yah!!
These days, at least, they've been doing the photo updates on closer to a daily basis. Used to be more hit-and-miss. And the models are pretty darn hot. My favorite, I think, is Shaina. The most recent set of here is, well, DAMN!!!

The free tour page you've seen lists everything that is available inside. To their credit, it's also worth mentioning they clearly separate the three types of videos: behind the scenes, candids and sexy videos. This is something not all sites do.
I grabbed a couple of the behind the scenes videos and they are a bit peculiar: there's a lot of editing showing shoot preparation and the model while posing for the camera but also some stills from the shoot. A bit unusual but quite well done. Keep in mind that I do like behind the scenes material.
Even though, as I said, I feel photos are the strongest point of the site.
I guess that the lack up updates shown in the visitor's section is another example of lack of organization, or just ass-dragging.
They do have 34 complete issues up (well, one earlier one might still be missing a piece somewhere). They just started issue 35, with my "Mystery Blond #3." (Consult your local post office. ;)
Frankly, I'm not terribly impressed by a lot of the stuff that's been added since I was last in 1.5 years ago. There are a few gems (esp. our lovely Viktoriya) but sometimes it's regressively amateurish in lighting and photos. There's stuff of pretty, freckly Alexandra, for instance, that looks like it was shot by someone who just got their first camera ever!
Zappa! Had a friend who turned me on to Zappa and had that Fillmore album. Material from Hot Rats, Burnt Weeny Sandwich, etc. Yes, that stuff comes but once!
