I got my money back by threatening a lawsuit. I screamed at the billing company by phone and told them exactly what I thought of them. They ignored me even though I sent email after email. I then told them on the phone I was going to charge them back. Then I followed up with four emails telling them I had hired a lawyer. They reversed the charges. The dishonest cannot afford chargebacks as they cause more problems than they can live with. If this happened to you, don't give up.
