How many videos are there? What quality are they? In a review there should be a lot more detail. I have never joined a site from this network, so lack of updates is a lot less of an issue for me.

Hi,
I checked the new ones as well as older ones. Not every single file but all files I downloaded (more than 50 so far) come in mpg4 formate and are not DRM protected. very nice quality.
They totally renewed their site and got rid of the wmv formate.
Trust me, there is no DRM anymore.
This is one of the best sites available.

I read the review very carefully. I do that with all of them because I might be tempted to subscribe one of these days and who's a better guide to a site than a fellow PU user. I just couldn't understand writing a retro-review marking a site low for DRM after that main irritant had been removed according to other trusted PU users. Nothing personal in this. I am just using logic. If it were me, I would go to a site that still hasn't dropped DRM and leave a remark there voicing my disgust with their business model rather than chastise someone for past offenses. Cheers.

I am baffled by this review. If the DRM has really been removed, and other reviewers confirmed this, why give the site such a low score? It doesn't seem fair to submit a NEW review that deducts points for crimes that no longer exist. I think you should have waited until you resubscribed before writing the above or put your thoughts under "comments." I truly can't see where this is a valid review, sorry.

No worries - the DRM was a serious detractor on GGG, it is about bloody time they removed it. I was just making a little bit of stink because they recently were removing it (and finally finished) and since porn users sorts the reviews by when the review was written, not when the reviewer was a member... well you get the point - so many thanks for updating the review, much appreciated and many props for not getting pissed at me for complaining - other people might have told me to blow it out my ass, lol
And my review is very much outdated at this point... I need to rejoin and re-review it! :-D

Yes - DRM is definitely a major flaw for a site and agreed, shame on them - but much love to them for finally seeing the light! I just didn't want users to be scared away from a site that has so bizarre but quite interesting porn. Thanks for updating the review :-)

I completely agree with your distaste for DRM, it is a huge pain in the ass and users need to be warned of it when it is being used. My point of posting the comment was two part - first part being that I really like German Goo Girls and don't want users to run away because the latest review (your at the time of posting the comment) basically screamed "DRM, run away! run away!" (prior to being updated), and secondly, just to draw attention to the fact that this interesting site has finally gotten rid of its biggest flaw.

Sadly this is the problem with 6 month old reviews - GGG went DRM-free officially on November 27th, 2008.
I see that you note this in the pros, but the only thing taken away from a cursory glance a user would be that the site uses DRM, and that is simply not the case. It would be appreciated if the Cons were changed to "Used to use DRM" as that would be accurate.
