The site is erratic about its updates. There have been dry spells and then "wet" ones. (A-hem ...) I'm on another subscription at NextDoorModels and it's like that there, too, in spite of their claiming to update X amount of times per week.
TorridArt's another site that's really good when it's good, but not when it gets an "El Nino" effect.
Probably best to join not expecting a whole lot of new stuff during the term, but go for the archives. And if there are enough updates during term, it will seem better and not so disappointing. At least with sites like these.

Yes, sorry. I'm scheduling new updates with never seen girls right now. The problem is the photographer sometimes has problems with new photosets. But his girls are top notch, you can see it.

But, funny about this site - an earlier input from around last Christmas also stated server problems - so maybe the site is down - but who can find out except TBP...
Alas - an even earlier comment from 2009, the PU almost went crazy about the material.....

lk2fireone - I was thinking more of the appeal of being the recipient, rather than just subscribing to the site. Aforementioned friction/bending issues notwithstanding - which, admittedly, would certainly dispel the novelty!

I just thought I should let you know because I had thought MPV was updating, too, and they weren't, and I got burned. "Supposedly," indeed. I figure if one of us pays for the risk, and in this case I took it, and things turn out to be less satisfying than they were "supposed" to be, tell!
That little updater part of the My Precious Virgins homepage, I found, cannot be trusted. BTW, it currently says: "Updated Daily. Current Update: November 7, 2010."
Yeah sure. I got burned the last time. (What did I just say? "The LAST TIME!")
BTW it had never entered my mind to be critical of your review. I was just pitching in my words of caution, based on experience.

Yeah, this site stopped updating while I was in the middle of a membership, in Jan 2009 (as you noted).
Be careful with My Precious Virgins. I was last a member there a few short months ago and it had stopped updating, too. Besides that, they'd left unfixed a bunch of webmastering mistakes, such as not thumbs but full images in some of the gallery preview pages, making them slow or impossible to load and very dicey for viewing (scroll right, scroll right, scroll right ...).
Just because there's a script (or a real person) behind that latest update date at MPV doesn't mean they're updating. I fell for that. Let me be the last to.

I had joined through Spunky Bee before as well, after reading the previous comments about Teenburg being included, since I was more interested in TB than Spunky, but it was $10 cheaper. I got 9 sites with Spunky Bee, but there is definitely something different on that join page now. Seems like when I joined it, about 3 months ago, there was a box with the 9 included sites on it. Good content on this network, but I couldn't see paying that full price for any one of the sites without at least some access to the others.

I also joined her site for the same reason but her site offered all the other sites on the join page. There is no way I would rejoin without that being made clear before I press the confirm transaction button.

The reason why I joined her site was because she was the only one offering all of the other sites. I just checked some of the other sites and they have different permutations of site included with one membership. There simply isn't enough content on Spunky's site to warrant the price she charges for her site as a stand alone.

I agree that anal is not for everyone but I thought I should mention it since Abigaile and many of the models on the other sites have done iton a few sites. There is plenty of content to satisfy many people but I don't think this is a group of sites that requires a long term membership and I can't see myself rejoining in a year to get whatever they will have added since my last visit.

Thanks for an interesting review. On checking out the bonus sites here the preview of the one called Spring time Beauties caught my eye with lots of cute models but on checking out Drooler's review of it from 2 years ago seeing "No Zips" listed in the cons means i will probably give it a miss. Have you checked out this site and is "No zips" still the case.

Yes, I had assumed that being part of the Met Art network meant they owned the site, but maybe it's more of an outsourcing / management thing. You (the photographer) provide the pics and have editorial control over what gets posted when, and Met Art handles running the web site, marketing, billing, etc.
It's a pity that the updates slowed so suddenly, because I like the site a lot and would have considered a longer membership if the updates stayed at every-other-day.

I find that representing all of my thoughts and feelings about a site with a single number is at best very difficult. I have always been very harsh with the scores, not giving kneejerk 100's or 50's. The reason I gave this one a 65 is because, in comparison to the other sites that I have reviewed, that is what I feel is fair.

Fine review, lk2. Was a member long time ago at one of the bonus-sites - and then had this, too - of course. Do they still provide the bonus sites, as said at TBP - you made a review for Pearl Teens last month. So I guess that's so - or?
BTW: I think it's very fine, that we make reviews of each - most important sites - from a network...not all have the same taste, thumbs up, lk2.
