1. Paycom is Epoch, they just started solely branding the name Epoch now, we have to make the changes on our end for that.
2. I use Firefox myself all the time, I see the links and they are clickable for me. Also, our programmers mostly work on Firefox as well, so that browser usually rarely has coding problems for us. Even if you cancel, you do have access until your membership is set to expire, which is 30 days including the day of purchase depending on which join option you have chosen. We will have to change this in the near future.
4. We do not make anybody jump through hoops to cancel, we have a very dedicated customer support system in place that answers our members questions in a timely manner. We aim to please our members as much as possible.
