I'm not familiar with porno dan, but I'll have to have a look anyway! I've heard rumours of an anal scene, but I figured it wasn't mainstream since it or they weren't listed on IAFD.

Me neither cause I know its a superb site and great value for money, I do however love to keep on eye on sites updates on sites that show updates and keep sites in mind of knowing what delights are new since my last visit, it always makes me wanna join more seeing is if one of my fav girls has a new movie on a site.

You are right, Pat, there's not much logic or sense to that pre-scene talk. The talk with the model afterward is appropriate and helpful
and enough. I watched one scene yesterday called "The Shoplifter" where they first had the talk, then led the model giggling into the "store" where she confessed this should be interesting because she had never shoplifted before. Then she gets the question are you ready and suddenly you are into the scene with her trying out clothes with the show owner watching suspiciously. Who can take a scene like that seriously? Start with the store and shoplifting without a comment and then have the director/producer and model talk about the experience after the shoot is over.

I agree, and with no network of sites and no apparent updates, hard to see it as being worth it for one or two interesting looking scenes.
Shame really, should be more sites like this (pro-am), since they're not that many anymore.

1. The videos are broken up into rounds of games. There are 12 games with 7 rounds each game. There are also 6 bonus games that are each individual downloads, some bonus games having multiple POV each game.
2. Not sure, it's been a while since i had to download them. I want to say like 640 x 480
3. Each round/game has to be downloaded separately. No compilation files.
No i have not checked that site, but really the amateur participants on this site really entice me more than anything.

I'm not sure there even is a way to prevent downloading images or videos for that matter (one can cap them with many free softwares). What you enable one to see, you enable one to keep basically. Not many average joes however have the knowhow.

Sorry the tour did not fit your requirements, had not taken into account the number of average images into a set, I will go ahead and place that in there.
I've made my point clear on why we discontinued downloads several times in several comments here, and my point stands. Archived downloads fed piracy which took business. Since all of our content is exclusive, we are far more protective about sharing it, and making sure our members get what they pay for.
I can see why you may be upset that 5 reviews popped up in one day, but why are you holding that against the site? Members learned of the review being available last night, and posted reviews. If you'd look a bit more you'd see that the site was submitted on September 18th, it's not like I submitted our site then sent people here. I'd also disagree with you on your statement saying the reviews had little content. In fact looking at your reviews, they line up in length pretty close. While the cons may be low, they are still there, and these are coming from currently paying members. I'd day these came from satisfied customers rather than people with an "obvious infatuation".
I gladly welcome honest reviews from others, without such feedback there would be no way for us to know what we need to improve. But please don't attack us as if we came to this site and immediately tried to boost our numbers, I respect what everyone does here, and I'm happy that CosplayDeviants.com is among the sites to be reviewed.
Thanks for your input Pat362, while I don't agree with everything you said, you did make several valid points that I will be addressing to make our pre-member experience a little more informative.

There is a very large image on the right hand side of the site that says "Free tour" Did you not see it? You can get view it and the preview imageshere.
Members are allowed to save images, we don't stop you from doing that. However easy batch downloads were disabled due to piracy.
Regarding tangub's comment; I'm not sure why people give away content they pay for maybe they think they're some kind of porno Robin Hood? But I disagree with you about people who download will never pay, even when we have released free content people have used embedded links to come back to us and purchase a membership (yay tracking).

I agree with everything you said. I should have noted that some of the movies that I was able to relocate cost me a lot and many have some DRM limitations. That's frustrating, but there's really nothing I can do about it so I'll just have to live with it.
I also wish that I had looked at more options for storing the tapes, even if it was renting a small storage locker. That just wasn't feasible though. But when I started to go all digital (first stored on CD, then DVD and now external harddrives) I vowed to never delete anything. Storage now is small, cheap and discrete so I just won't delete anything.
As for European movies, I understand that. I wasn't a big collector, but I had one title from the L'il Women series (from Germany I think) that I'd love to have or see again. I can find some titles from that series, but not the one I want.

I had to toss a lot of my collection too, mostly because it got hard to hide hundreds of VHS tapes. That's the bad news. The good news (for me anyway) is that I've been able to find a lot of it on the 'net over the past while. Some of it is pretty poor quality, but then it was poor quality when I had it. It was often a dub of a dub.
About a year ago I concentrated on finding a lot of my old favourites and was surprised at how well I did. I'm still finding a few too. Two nights ago I was downloading and watching some old Buttman stuff and stumbled on a title that I didn't even remember but one of the thumbnails looked familiar. It turned out to be a favourite scene that I had completely lost track of and it would have been hard to find since the girl only did three scenes in her short career. (It was the last scene in Bend Over Babes 1 with a girl named Chantelle.)
As for Traci Lords, I had one of her 'early' titles too. I can't remember what it was called, but you can be sure that is one I won't go looking for!

Video resolution is greater than what you were asking about. It also seems to have been filmed in hi-def of some sort. I have an 18" monitor on my laptop. I can enlarge the movie to fit the full screen and there is no loss in quality. I would not say that its Blu-Ray quality, but defiantly DVD quality.
There is nothing more frustrating than downloading a movie and its only a little box on your monitor, and if you try to enlarge it, it pixelates terribly. No such worries with movies on Ferro. Very high quality.
I downloaded over 200 videos and had not a problem at all.

Hey pat362. I went into the file I'm using to hold my downloaded photos and randomly selected 4 photos. The results are as follows: Photo 1 - width 1000, height 1505. Photo 2 - width 1500, height 2258. Photo 3 - width 1505, height 1000. Photo 4 - width 1000, height 1504.
Pretty nice sized! Enjoy!

I've just signed up for a two day trial which seems to allow full access to the site.
I'll add to the other replies to this review which I completely agree with. One thing that I noticed with some of the hi-def videos is that they're a little soft/fuzzy in places, probably because the 4k bitrate for the 1280x720 videos is somewhat insufficient - the videos would be improved with a 4800k-5000k bitrate. There does seem to be less content on this site compared with previous visits but that could just be my imagination, but it'd be nice if more of the old (small) content was recoded as 720p hi-def (assuming the original shoot was hi-def).
I'm unlikely to be joining this site again on a one month subscription.

Video resolution is superb. Yes, some video shoots are split into 3-4 parts, but that is the exception rather than the rule. Split videos are less than 2-3%.

I can answer on his behalf, no there are no movie format options and no split scenes, it's all or nothing. So far i've just had WMV format ranging 900MB to 2GB+. Also if your downloader fails half way through, I believe the full size of the file is counted towards your limit (easier for them I guess). So whilst you can download 3 or 4 vids at once, I would download 1 at a time if you have an unstable connection/pc/browser etc.

Thank you Pat, I will have some more low score reviews. I spent the last month or two taking some risks on sites that I had always been curious about and most turned out to be not near as good as I hoped. As I was saying in my other reply on this review, a lot of my lack of poor scoring sites has been me just playing it safe by joining sites I had been a member of before, but the same models are starting to bore me so I've had to expand my view of sites and take some risks.
And I agree about Regan. I don't mind tattoos, but I'm not drawn to them either. She just seems to have that little something extra that most models don't have these days. The other Regan Reese site that I left a comment on is really good for pictures as long as you have an image downloader since it doesn't have any zips. And as bad as I hate to say it, the best source for her videos is Videobox with a channel subscription to Vivid and Evil Angel, that combination has around 23 videos of her.

True mosaics are just too odd for my liking, I don't get what is so wrong with Japanese ladies genitalia it needs the fuzzy pixels to hide our eyes from, the Japanese can do hot lesbian stuff and are very unique, if they ditch the mosaics or a studio outside of Japan hires japanese models and films still in that soft style and lots of kissing I'd be on that site in a shot.

Oh yeah I totally understand why they don't make many 3 somes on gf and other companies too, I'm very much the minority when it comes to preferring more girls in a scene, I guess my eyes get greedy and want to see more females but yeah its a nightmare to film orgies I would think to get on the action is much harder to capture and makes the sex less of the focal point and personable and its more about the group nakedness kink that I like I think. I love lots of naked women in scenes on some of the Japanese films but sadly not overly keen on the mosaics. I just when I'm watching movie over movie of couples find sometimes I like to mix it up with a lezcuries 3 some or sapphic old school 4 somes, variety is the spice of life. I hope they do some more 3 somes at gf, have to wait and see. But totally get your point about its not what girlfriend films is all about, its about passion between 2 women more.

Nice review Pat and good to see it here and finally released as a website. I'm too disappointed with the amount on the launch when they have so many scenes but that said it's good to know there is regular updates to keep it interesting and worthwhile maybe staying a member for people who can afford to stay on for longer than a month. I'll leave it a while I think till they have 350+ scenes as lots of them are not there of the ones I'd hoped for and see Allie Haze isn't even mentioned yet who I love.
My only snag is also and its a minor one and really just simply my preference but I would love to see more 3 somes or 4 somes on girlfriend, they seem to be rare thing and does get a little boring for me watching just couples, you can have more banter with 3 or more and prefer those types of scenes the most in lesbian porn, I always have, most people prefer the intimacy of couples though.

Thanks Pat. Judging by the trend in modern porn they probably found that the series wasn't all that popular. I seem to be one of the few voices crying out in the wilderness for some nice, erotic lingerie rather than the (to me) utilitarian and bland stuff so much in vogue nowadays.
