Yeah, it's guys like this that only seems to care about scoring some bucks. But they will probably not get many customers from PU with that price - and after these good warnings.
Well, there are millions of pornusers out there - too bad there's only 1768 registered users at this PU....
But then again, I guess the hits at TBP are much, much higher, so not registered user get the same warning.........that might teach them....

I had never heard of this site until the review and this comment. I paid $30 for a DVD site and felt sick when I realized everything they had, I could get on videobox for half the price!

Thanks Monahan. It's a cloudy area, with strange muddy cloudy thinking from governments (as always). If it's a US company selling to US customers I think they run the risk of being prosecuted. My subscription was a few months ago (almost a half year if not more) so I didn't feel completely right stating that information because some sites have sudden changes to attract more people. But at the time of my subscription as far as I could tell the girls are exclusive. I've never seen any of them on any other sites, but at the same time there was nothing stating that you'd only see the girls here.
The amount of videos was about 50, which is a decent number. The quality is nothing special, just expect to see a bumpy camera every so often.
And this was a full subscription, but it was only active for about a week before I canceled my subscription, which actually was very smooth.
Again I apologize for the lack of information in the original review, but as I said my subscription was a good time ago so this information I did not feel completely right in posting as some sites go through changes and updates for the better.

Network updates were almost daily, there would just be some occasional days where there would be no updates. An update though could just be 1 pic set or 1 part of a 2 part vid.
Catalina Cruz recently won the web starlet of the year award 2009 at the AVN. Winning that will have probably made the network more high profile and more likely to further improve IMO.

The video quality at all is good but the storystelling is mostly weak.
Good looking girls can never eat like normals or ending up making a mess. Another video I saw was a girl climbing on the roof, fully naked.
I think you know what I try to explain, the girls are beautiful but uncertain as long as they get instructed by someone behind the camera. Mechanic smiles and abrupted movements are routine in the videos.
Nevertheless, you should check the videos by yourself to build your own opinion. They seem to have a couple of full videos for promotional purposes online.

RaggingBuddhist gave a very nice review, but here are a couple things I would add based on your comment:
I wouldn't characterize FigureBaby as embryonic or adjunct in any way. It is what it is - a small and growing site of fine art nudes. There are maybe 100 sets with 50-80 photos each, so it's not ridiculously small. I get the feeling that the videos will never be a large feature of the site. If you read the mission statement, the goal is totally on high quality artistic photographs.
I would also add that the site isn't in a planning stage - it knows exactly what it wants to be. It's just small. It's basically the work of one photographer, who is probably also the editor, webmaster, and everything else. I think it will always be on the small side.
Here's my thought: a site can give you updates everyday, but then the quality of the updates suffers. MET gives us four sets of generic Eastern European models every day, but I'd rather have one set of a unique and interesting model. You can go for quantity, but FigureBaby offers models with character and personality. It's the classic 10 pizzas from Dominos versus 1 filet mignon from a fine steakhouse.
I know it sounds like I work for the site or something, but I'm just impressed with it because it has a genuine philosophy. You can certainly wait for it to grow, but due to the nature of the site, I don't think there will ever be an "explosion" of new content.
I hope this makes sense.

Cheers Monahan, how tricks? Yeah I was shocked at some of the download speeds, I never get fast on any site but this was a third of the speed I'd had on other sites so was a pain downloading those vids which were mainly filler content of them chatting or clothed.
Yeah some of the earlier babes were awesome, its great when someone pops up who just has that extra special ingredient of a real character as well as being beautiful, most sites never explore a models personality so this is what makes FTVgirls stand out. I always remember Denise and the awesome Georgia Jones and Faye in the shopping mall flashing, so unique and hot to me. Yeah that is a good idea stitching the ones you like together and having just as one file but not something too huge.
Its a good site but soon adds up with MBs or should I say GBs when you like certain girls a lot, you end up wanting even the fully clothed chatting stuff.

Yeah they breaking up of scenes can be a blessing and a burden. I like that the masturbation sections are separate as these don't interest me much, I only like the girls dressing up, public stuff and well anything other than the masturbation stuff lol. Also if they didn't seperate you'd end up with downloads sometimes of over 5 gb for girls and thats some mighty space taken up on the hard drive and long downloads.

They are just going to add 12 updates total in 2010 and that's it, 1 per month. It's all OLD content that FTV owner Rob shot a few years back when he planned on making a separate site for hardcore, then decided he didn't like the product since someone else shot the footage. The footage has sat in limbo for years, but he's going to release 12 of the updates. It isn't going to be a new thing that will run indefinitely on the site, just for 2010. There is much talk of this on the FTV forum.

I always like seeing those now hardcore stars in the softer sets, especially early in their careers. One of my favorites that I forgot to mention is the Tiffany Taylor (Celine on FTV) shoot. I didn't even realize Jana Jordan was on there. I'll have to go back and get those.
I can see the use of a highlight video as well. And I even like some of the interview parts as well. Though the interviews are always teetering on tedium. The camera angles could be a bit better too. There is one video I was watching earlier of a model on the FTV toy. It seemed to be a perfect position for at least a minute or two of filming her butt, but the camera stayed in front of her the whole set.

I completely agree with #2. I forgot that FTV doesn't have full vid downloads, either.
I hadn't really thought of #3, but I can see how that would be really annoying. It also smells of being cheap since the can advertise long movies when it's really the same thing for big chunks at a time.
