1. Do they have a really good 'feel' what is genuinely erotic, or does it tend towards the crass 'in your face' side?

Frankly, these guys are really missing the boat. If they stayed at $29.95, I bet they would be making a ton more from a lot more subscriptions at the nominally top price in the web porn biz of $29.95.
Consider the fact that the only real variable cost these guys have is the small amount of additional bandwidth needed to accommodate the new customer.
The proof of this is when you consider how many sites offer a "stick around" price when you cancel a membership.
(I am paying $5.95 a month for a site that I started at $29.95 after trying to cancel. It notched down from $29.95 to $19.95 to $14.95 to $9.95 to $5.95 as zi tried each attempt. They are getting $5.95 a month from me just because they have some content once in a while that I like. I don't want to cancel because, for the price of a Big Mac meal deal at McDonalds I can get access to a good porn site - without gaining weight even.)
I'd sign up for DDF Busty in a New York minute if they priced it at $24.95, and would put it in my A list at $29.95.

Definitely. It was kinda sticker shock for me when I was thinking about rejoining a few months ago. Now I am thinking I will hold off a bit longer to let the collection grow. But I am always afraid of the price going up even farther or the site splitting and having to pay for two or more to get the same amount of content.
I really wish we did not have to play little strategy games with our porn and money.

I have been meaning to rejoin these guys, but the price has jumped a bit since I was last there. When I ended my subscription with them about a year ago they where just beginning the higher videos. They looked great even then.
The older videos are in the 448x256 @1 Mbit range that you listed.

That's what I thought too, because they don't feature bustyadventures.com on their homepage. But you know what? When I was a member of bangbros about two months ago, I suddenly had access to bustyadventures. Really! Maybe it was a glitch on their part, but I know I wasn't paying separately for bustyadventures! (I don't know how much to publicize this, in case it's a loophole in their system!)

Totally agree about DRM. Poor quality that ties your hands behind your back and may/may not work at all depending on the phases of the moon. Nothing worth keeping has DRM.

I'm all about first impressions. The sample videos look bad so that right there tells me avoid. Daily limit that's not acceptable their material is not great so they shouldn't limit anything. Thanks for the heads up I'll pass for sure.

Actually I did mention all those things (except the 1/2 GB dload limit, which isn't much of a drawback because their vids are so short.
Of course, if the vids were of higher quality it would be an issue because they'd be longer.
