You raise a GREAT Point! Thank you for that.
I have dealt with similar situations in the past and its incredible frustrating. To your point, I take screen grabs of EVERY STEP of the subscription AND cancelation process. I incrementally number each screen capture as I save it, so if I need to reference anything in the future I know exactly which screen appeared and when it appeared. It has actually saved me a few times by either documenting my log in credentials or subscription / cancellation #'s. I also like this to confirm that I have "unchecked" any cross sale add-ons that they try sneaking on top of a subscription.
BTW.. not that I am advertising for this company, but I LOVE the SnagIt screen capture application from TechSmith. It is FANTASTIC for quick, on the fly screen captures among other very useful features. You can even create a video that captures each and every mouse click and save it for reference.
Thanks again for raising this point. Hopefully it will be useful to other readers.

PROBILLER however seems to have taken over a lot of sites. Wonder if we can get to those sites thru any other billers.
RealityKings, FakeHub, SexyHub, Milehighmedia, Mofos, and so many others that I used to be a fan of.

HAHAHA....sounds like ProBiller alright. Go check out my older Brazzers review if you want a full rundown of what I went through.
Im pretty understanding of mistakes, pending customer service fixes it with no hassle....but thats not what you get with ProBiller/MindGeek. They will rip you off and then either make you jump through hoops to fix it or outright refuse to help.
Like I said....the Electronic Arts of the porn world.
Its sad that the bigger companies become, the worse they get due to corporate greed. Customer service seems to be the first thing to get worse....and thats by design.

I do think Jennifer2 means the site is now using a downloading site that charges extra to download. Reality Kings is streaming only unless you order the download site as extra. Other sites have started to do this now. The same with Sean Cody, which allowed downloads in the past.

I have no personal experiece with rkreel, though I do know that both RK and Brazzers are owned by the same company nowadays and seeing as I have had brazzersreel, I'm fairly sure that rkreel is the same service. So I would say rkreel is like a reskinned moviebox.com which brazzersreel used.

That's a really aggressive update schedule. You've convinced me this is my next purchase. Thanks - I like that they have great models and really good quality video.
I guess I'm getting old - lol. I see they've been around for 4 years. I have sites that have been on my "I gotta get around to joining that" for 6-7 years. Hell in that time some of those even went out of business 😂. I put Leslie Grey on my "reup this site" list back in 2013 - and now it looks like she shut down her site 😢

The PU internal email system has been broken for years.
I know for a fact that many of the emails I've sent through the PU internal email system were never delivered.
In a normal email system, if an email you sent is not delivered, you get an automatic message stating your email was not delivered.
But not for the PU internal email system.
So, unless the intended recipient responds in some way, letting you know he/she never got the email, you don't know if they ever got it.
PU needs to hire an expert to continually work on the site update it to keep it working.
But I don't think they have the money to fix the problems.
I was told years ago that the coding for the PU site was written in an old software language that not many coders use any more.
So that's part of the problem. The PU system is breaking down, and that's why all members are now listed as newbies, with 0 reviews to their name, because the software program that kept track of the number of reviews a member had accepted stopped working. Or why you can't review a site in less than a year, even though the rules say that you can review a site in 6 months after your previous review of the site.
But at least the site is still here, even though many of the fine members we used to have have vanished.

Seems like interest in the PU site is slowly going down, older members finding better things to do.
I think the spandex, latex, and pantyhose is just to add to the element of sophistication of the costumes. Or you can think of it as a fetish thing. Personally, I'm not into fetish spandex, latex or pantyhose, but I do think it adds slightly to the overall vibe or sophistication the site is trying to inject.
Not a big thing, in my opinion, just adding a bit of fluff to the mixture.
I'm new to the site, but plan to go over the videos and photosets when I have the time.
Many of the girls are from the Metart stable of models. But I appreciate the clear, crisp images, the vibrant colors of the sets, and the lovely models. Who seem to be putting on a great show, one that is more believable than most of the hardcore lez action at other sites, especially the teen-themed lez sites where the plots are basically silly.
At this site they appear to be trying to show the attraction between two or more models that turns into a hot, seductive scene.
But it's early days for me at this site. Maybe I will lose interest quickly, which I hope not. Because from my brief introduction, this site seems like a keeper, for me.
I do remember the old PU days fondly, where there was a real community spirit, with members constantly jumping in with new, fresh reviews, comments, ideas. But maybe that's partly because of the glamour that time presses on our memories: "Remember the old days, when things were better." But if you look closely, the better things are what's taking place today. We just don't realize it until much later.

But Comcast is not available in my area.
(I live in Los Angeles County, norther part of the county.)
Spectrum and AT&T are the basic choices for internet service in my area.
I used to be with Spectrum, but currently with AT&T.
But I'm probably going to switch back to Spectrum.
Because, for me, my ATT contract is for 75 Mbps.
But I use the Wi-Fi for my laptop.
And the Wi-Fi speed often drops to less than 1 Mbps, which is lousy.
With a 100 Mbps connection at Spectrum, my Wi-Fi speeds ranged from 8Mbps to about 22 Mbps, so that's why I switched to ATT.
Which I thought would be faster.
But there is some wiring problem with my house, which the installation tech mentioned.
And that's why my Wi-Fi speeds average less than 1 Mbps to maybe 5+ Mbps, which is lousy. Since I'm paying for a 75 Mbps connection speed.

Year long signups might give you downloads. I won't bother to go back to the site to verify that. It's not the end of the world but I just find stuff like this a bit annoying. With so much of their content available from the tons of online porn forums, I think it's foolish of them to shut someone out who's willing to pay for it.

I doubt it really slows down the piracy all that much, and it ends up just feeling like a penalty to legit paying users. If they really want to have a download limit, I guess my preference would be for it to at least be spelled out in black and white (like Vixen's 25 downloads per week) rather than being a soft limit where you can't really predict when it's going to start throttling your downloads or how long it will be before you can try again.

I've been able to use IDM at Team Skeet site.
-Go into options and select, Customize keys to prevent or force downloading with IDM
-Make sure the first two options are checked and "ins" is the selected key
-When you go to download a file press the insert key on your keyboard before pressing the download link of the file you want.
-this should allow the download to work everytime, by cancelling your browser's request to download the file. In Firefox the browser makes a request to download the file befor IDM engages. The site doesn't like multiple requests for the same file.
-This issue is covered at the IDM site, https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/...ew_faq/sites2_2.html
This seems to fix issues downloading any file for the Team Skeet site.

Oops, Wraith0711, I checked in my own browsers before I realized that you had already come to the rescue. Anyway, I figure I might as well clarify a couple more details for anyone else who happens to see this exchange:
As LKLK explained, the process in Firefox is similar to Chrome, You can turn IDM off and on by first accessing Add-ons and Themes in the burger menu at the top right. And then selecting Extensions.
And, in case, anyone out there is using Edge. Again, you go to the top right
"..." menu and then select Extensions beside the icon that looks like a puzzle piece.
But I am glad you were so quick at already helping each other out!
