It was one of the "premium" sites (Family Strokes) through TeamSkeet. The charge came through as marked: ECHST.NET, this was the first charge. Went to cancel through them since there wasn't a link through TeamSkeet. I was able to get a confirmation of cancellation on this. Next thing I know, I was receiving a charge from EPOCH for the site and the previous charges were never coming from there. Now, I will say that I do like EPOCH and the ease of being able to take care of billing independently, however this whole ordeal was a little absurd. Never was charged from the site previously under the billing label until the last one.
Overall, the site is unsure of what their identity is since the height of the pandemic. The usual sites under the basic subscription plan are all of sudden not updating as frequently since the focus seemed to have shift towards the "premium" sites, and most of those aren't updating regularly, or at all like some of the regular sites are. Also, they are becoming dependent on their partners to get them scenes to fill in the gaps where the normal sites would have gone. Not sure what is going on over there, but they need to figure some things out and get back to what made them a decent site.

That's the biggest problem I see with all these third party discreet billing companies the sites go through is the no refunds policy. Every single site I have had has this as a thing, which is ridiculous. It's basically an implied statement saying that any purchase that happen is never at the fault of the supplier even though, like in your case, it was on customer services end by not completing the transaction or forgetting to click a button.
They seriously should reconsider revising that policy, especially if there is clear and obvious evidence to support customer claims.
I have had similar experiences to what you have had Wraith with other sites, and, in fact, this has had happened recently where they bounce my charges between two different billing services where I had confirmation on one and then switched the billing to another service and charged me again for the site after I confirmed cancellation.

The extra charges for downloads is a new thing. I first bought a membership to them on a yearly deal at $60 which then incrementally went up year after year for the duration of the 4 years I had them. I didn't notice the "pay more to download" thing until I started looking around at the other sites that were listed in the portal, and it didn't pop up until somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd year of my membership. At the time, I had Reality Kings, Babes, and Mofos with downloads and without extra payments. That became a thing after I signed up for Twistys, Digital Playground, and FakeHub. I did try to get Reality Gang in that first year, but it became a channel within the first month of doing that and they charged me twice for that.
In short, yes, I agree with you for the latter stages of the site and the price gouging and swindling of funds to get the buyer to dump cash into a site that has so many ways for taking your money.
The rating I gave was purely for the content that was available and not the customer service or pricing, but if I were to do that with more of a focus on those areas, then yes, I would probably give a rating that would be comparable to what you stated. If streaming is your thing, then I would suggest them, but if you must have your downloads, then look elsewhere for all sites that are not under the MindGeek umbrella.

Yeah I joined a while ago and was very disappointed with a 20 video limit that wasn't mentioned when I joined, but now I notice it saying unlimited downloads so was curious, probably means as you say after you joinup it's unlimited if you stay on 3 months.

That's interesting. Please let me know what they say. I've easily downloaded several dozen 1080 HD videos in a day and not had any issues (other than having to solve captias). Are you using a download manager? Maybe something with it is tripping up the system?

I've been able to use IDM at Team Skeet site.
-Go into options and select, Customize keys to prevent or force downloading with IDM
-Make sure the first two options are checked and "ins" is the selected key
-When you go to download a file press the insert key on your keyboard before pressing the download link of the file you want.
-this should allow the download to work everytime, by cancelling your browser's request to download the file. In Firefox the browser makes a request to download the file befor IDM engages. The site doesn't like multiple requests for the same file.
-This issue is covered at the IDM site, https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/...ew_faq/sites2_2.html
This seems to fix issues downloading any file for the Team Skeet site.

HAHAHA....sounds like ProBiller alright. Go check out my older Brazzers review if you want a full rundown of what I went through.
Im pretty understanding of mistakes, pending customer service fixes it with no hassle....but thats not what you get with ProBiller/MindGeek. They will rip you off and then either make you jump through hoops to fix it or outright refuse to help.
Like I said....the Electronic Arts of the porn world.
Its sad that the bigger companies become, the worse they get due to corporate greed. Customer service seems to be the first thing to get worse....and thats by design.

Oops, Wraith0711, I checked in my own browsers before I realized that you had already come to the rescue. Anyway, I figure I might as well clarify a couple more details for anyone else who happens to see this exchange:
As LKLK explained, the process in Firefox is similar to Chrome, You can turn IDM off and on by first accessing Add-ons and Themes in the burger menu at the top right. And then selecting Extensions.
And, in case, anyone out there is using Edge. Again, you go to the top right
"..." menu and then select Extensions beside the icon that looks like a puzzle piece.
But I am glad you were so quick at already helping each other out!

On some sites, when I click on a link to see a pdf file or new page, instead of allowing the pdf to appear or the new page to appear, it tries to download the file.
I don't want to download the file, but to view it online.
But I have no choice: so I download the file, then have to search where the file is on my PC.
IDM can be useful.
It can also be a pain.
LOL.
How do you disable IDM?
The only sign I see of IDM is a tiny strip that says "Download This Video" sometimes.
I don't control that strip. It appears randomly, I think.
Would like to control when it appears.
Would also like to be able to disable the program, when I want.
Are you able to control the IDM program very well?

And after checking it out myself, I can see how the oversight might have happened.
To make the annual plan sound more affordable, they break down the cost per month as part of the text in the upgrade window.
But, of course, there is no actual monthly alternative.

I couldn't figure out how you would get the cash or credit, since I didn't include your name in the instructions, only your email address.
There can a small charge for sending cash/credit through PayPal, depending on how you do it.
If you want to send actual cash for pickup, there was a charge of around $5.50 or so.
But to send credit, unless you knows the bank account number or something, which I don't want or need to know, there was a charge of $1.50.
Thanks for checking.

I got your email at my Yahoo email address.
But the PU internal email system is unreliable.
I never got any of your emails from the PU system.
And you never got my email from the PU system.
Maybe PU will fix their email system one day.
In the past, I've send emails through the PU system, but most people never got those emails.
And there was no automatic notice the emails were lost, and never delivered.
Most email systems will notify you if an email was not delivered.
But not the PU email system.
