I don't understand the point of writing a review when you haven't been a subscriber in over a year.
In my opinion, but that's just ridiculous!
I'm glad that Sarah responded with some of the significant improvements to the site in the last year.
In terms of content, I find ALS Scan to be more "genuine" than most other sites around - the footage from their most recent Caribbean trip is the best example of this - but you wouldn't have seen that since you're reviewing a site that you haven't been a member of in over a year - makes this review fairly worthless, in my opinion.
Really, given that you haven't been a member of this site in over a year - truly hard to believe to me that you think you should be writing a review given that reality - you should have just put your distaste for this site's content as a comment somewhere.
I'm glad that you included the note about Alex's response to your note to him - it shows the honesty of the people running this site - if you don't like what they're doing, just go elsewhere.

Hi HeatherMcXxx, your review was brought to my attention and while I am disappointed with it, we do take it to heart. You said that the last time you were a member was over a year ago and it should be noted that so much has changed since then. We are now offering the highest quality videos in the business - HD 1280 x 720 available in two different formats. We bought all new photo camera equipment and our images are much higher quality than before. We have daily video and photo releases. We have a directors blog which the members love where they can read inside storys about the models and about upcoming shoots and behind the scenes stuff. Our sets are much more varied now and our videos are full of action. Also we no longer rotate our videos off the server. So in all fairness we would like to offer you a free membership (you can email me at sarah@smart.net ) so you can check out what we are really about now. We are totally confident that once you see our major improvements that you will feel compelled to revise your review.

You may notice that a change has been effected in your review. The reason, so far as I can determine, was a choice in terminology deemed to be slanderous. I've seen no reason to doubt their 2257 compliance. And, it's peculiar to me that you went there.
I remember reading, not to long ago, about a man in Texas who'd run afoul of the law on child pornography charges, or perhaps the law ran afoul of him. I remember that the criteria under the Texas law was cited in the article as being, essentially, at the judge's discretion, i.e., the prosecution didn't actually have to have proof that the model was underage. The judge could find the person guilty based upon the appearance of the model. I remember thinking that the state of Texas didn't need to know what it was talking about in order to condemn a person. I remember thinking that, based on the criteria cited in the article, the woman I was involved with at the time would have been classified as underage. The problem with that classification, however, would have been that she was 43 y/o at the time.
There are women in the world who would not fit the stereotypical porn actress mould but who are lovely and sexy, nevertheless. A presumption concerning the mental processes of masses of unknown individuals can become an actionable opportunity for misadventure and, at the very least, is irresponsible. Clairvoyance does not have legal standing and for several good reasons, some of which date back at least as far as the Salem witch trials. Perhaps effecting circumspection will come to be viewed as a desirable trait? We can but hope...

I'm thinking I might extend my apologies in advance. There are two models with similar names and appearance, Dori and Dorina. I don't see any recent updates for either of them, though. I suppose it could be some consolation that you did have at least one very cute classmate, though. But, I suspect you may have to deliver your approbations personally as I've no plans for going to Budapest. Sorry... :)
There is one video example of Nella and Liv available on the site as I write this. Others would be available on the ALS DVD site.
So, if you've not been a member in over a year, then it seems you've missed the whole 1280x720 thing and the latest trip to the Caribbean. I think there's some good material on the site now although, if you're finding you're enjoying tickling your idiosyncrasies over at nubiles, you may want to wait a bit before returning to check it out (that is, should you ever feel so inclined). There is a broader range of models and material on video over there so I certainly could understand how one might be attracted to it.

I appreciate the fact that you've spent some time on the site. And, I appreciate the fact that you took some time to write a review. I guess what bothers me about what you wrote is something I've seen in several reviews. When I've surveyed a site, I've usually found they are what they advertise themselves to be. As such, criticizing them for being what they said they'd be seems more than a tad peckish... It seems childish, really, if the main criteria is the review writer's variance in level of interest. I mean, the site's content doesn't vary in quantity or quality from what was promised but perhaps the writer fantasized about the experience and then realized the fantasy had become passé. The writer then seems to blame the site for not tracking his/her changes in taste...which seems, at the very least, an unrealistic expectation...but, I blame it on the parents who foolishly let their progeny think that pouting is persuasive... :)
I do agree that the daily stuff can be repetitive, though. But, orgasms enjoyed on a regular basis can be viewed as repetitive, though I suspect we tend to be forgiving on that count...
I'm wondering, based on what you wrote, if you had a chance to see any of the videos with Nella and Liv. There's been some pretty erotically charged moments between them captured in video. I think Nella may have proposed taking her back to Czech Republic. Come to think of that, though, that's not entirely unusual... I think Nella's proposed marriage to a couple of the other girls on that site as well. She does love the considerate fist, it seems, and then there's the things we say in the heat of the moment... :)

Heather McXxx! Nice to see you back! And thanks for this review. I'd been interested in this site for a while. What you described -- so well, of course -- was pretty much what I thought it would involve. But one helpful thing I couldn't have really anticipated was the shallowness of the verbal interchange.
Reminds me of the joke about the inexperienced starlet who slept with the writer.

I really do like your review. You, as a woman, bring a whole new perspective to this site. I would agree, it's worth a month, but not much more. Pretty ladies but I found Thomas' chatter to sometimes be trite and distracting and, dang, I wanted to see naked ladies a lot sooner.

The lower score was primarily due to the price and the fact that some scenes can only be downloaded in parts and that the video resolutions are all jumbled. The content itself is quite good, so I wanted to emphasize that in my review. I use a grading rubric to ensure that my scores are consistent from site to site, similar to most review websites out there.
The TBP discount refers to "The Best Porn," the parent site for PornUsers (PU). You can check them out at thebestporn.com. They are the professional reviews and scores that you see on many of the sites on PU. TBP often gets discounts for certain websites in order to drive traffic and increase memberships. For example, VideoBox and Chanta's Bitches are two sites that offer a discount on monthly membership to TBP and PU visitors. I try to take advantage of those discounts as often as possible and it does factor into my decision to join a site.
Given the size and popularity of Baby Got Boobs and its parent site Brazzer's Pass, I was surprised that they did not offer a discount to TBP/PU users.

I actually thought about taking the site to small claims court but decided not that it would probably end up costing me more time and money. Lawyers aren't cheap and then again there is no gaurantee that I would win. All I'm trying to do now is prevent him from unfairly making any more money off of other people.
I've contacted him several times but he now refuses to return any e-mails. I'm probably gonna end up clling him since he gave me his number when we were in talks of shooting. I doubt he'll want to talk though.

I hope you're correct - last weekend i had 5 different password sharers cost me 4TB of Bandwidth and 4 hours of programming!!
Lucky there was no traffic from TBP because the queue to pillage my server was a block long!
For a site that gets lousy reviews there are plenty of guys gawking at the unique content - so I take courage from your supportive remarks.
Constructive criticisms are placed on the list of 'to dos' - some are easier to achieve than others but I believe that these will eventually guide me into building a great site - although traffic would make it a lot easier - LOL !
My first minion will be a good webmaster - you can bet on that!

You say the site is not worth the cost - less so if you have the misfortune to come from Europe because of the exchange rates they use.
The current exchange rate they use for buying tokens using UK pounds sterling is around £1 = $1.10 where the commercial rate is currently around $1.55. From the Eurozone it's as bad - they get charged on a €1 = $1 rate where the current commercial rate is around $1.35 = €1.
So - a complete rip off unless you can make your transactions in the good old US$ which most of us nowadays cannot.
I used to use the site a bit but haven't been back since they changed their rates and I won't be back again. I also know others from around the world who say the same.
