As I said :), in other thread of yours, we had a temporarily issue with our CDN provider, it comes and go but right now it looks like it is solved.
Right now, I am in the middle of travel and I can stream this beautiful video in 1080p without stops and download its 1080p version at speed of close to 600kbps, considering I am on mobile network now, it's quite good.

From what I understood, reading your post, you complain about two issues, slow downloads and denied access for the third party download software you are trying to use.
Download speeds - we have the fastest download speed available on the market, we cooperate with the leading provider of CDN solutions and we worked hard with to make it perfect, but unfortunately, they had a technical issues this weekend, which have already been solved. Right now, you should download with your maximum speed available by your provider. CDN is a great technology, allows you to download our content from servers located in your city as this technology splits our content in thousands of location worldwide and connect you to the closest one which is very close to your place, sometimes just few hundred meters away.
If you still experience slow downloads, our customer support knows how to handle it. It happens very rare when they dont have temporarily issues.
Second thing is download software. Well, we operate our sites over internet which is accessed by browser. We never said you can use a third part downloaders, I never used it myself. We can not take responsibility over it, we are providing services through browser access and everything works flawless there. So your major frustration is because you cant get FDM working and as I said, this is out of our responsibility.

I have to admit i'm not very tech savvy when it comes to download managers and do most of my downloading from the browser as my net connection usually downloads stuff faster than i can view it and my isp doesn't impose any limits or time restrictions on downloading so i've never really felt the need to use download managers. I'm finding the site frustratingly slow again this evening. I was attempting to download a 1.7GB video of Gloria and after 1 hour 30 mins it was still only 5% complete so needless to say i hit the cancel button

I don't like the sound of this, 20k oh my, theres something serious when speeds get that low, as there is basically no point in trying, a day to download a movie lol it probably would be at those speeds wouldn't it. Hope its a temporary thing, have you contacted support about the issues both of you.

I nearly posted a comment saying the same thing last week as i've also experienced that, for me its usually UK/European evening time when the speeds are poor. One evening last week between 7 and 11pm i was downloading constantly and all i managed to get was 22 photo sets totalling around 600 MB. The next evening it was fine again and i forgot all about it thinking maybe it was a one off or a temporary problem with my connection until it returned again a couple of nights ago.

Yeah London is for sure the most expensive for things in the UK, I live up north so it's bad but not that bad, there really isn't much of that no free wifi, some hotels do it but most places charge. The big cities all now have superfast broadband but its a slow process getting to the smaller towns and villages which is where I live.

It's crazy, you pay for the hotel and then you have to pay 20 euro per day for wifi per each device. Having iPad, MacBook and iPhone, you are left with 60 euro internet bill per day. Bastards! Wifi should be definitely for free in hotels!

Yeah its not much better here mate in the UK, I have a after 4pm can't download limit cause only get so many gb a month in peak times, it sucks. I also pay £25 a month and its far from fast compared to what some get.

Yeah its a great network in my eyes is teen mega world and there are some great movies to be found there and a great price too, highly recommend it. Fuck Studies and Teen Sex Mania I'd say are the best but lots of other great sites on the network and the new threesome BGG site looks very promising.

It might also be worth pointing to prospective subscribers that according to what i see in my members area if you just sign up to the single site for $19.99 and stick around for 2 months you then get access to the other Diesel sites included in that price so its possible to have the entire Diesel network access for $19.99 per month from month 3 onwards.

But if you can't get full network access, in spite of the fact you might have downloaded material from Young Legal Porn, you are entitled to a full refund of your $30.
You should get the refund from CCBill, if you explain the problem.
Or you can get the refund from your credit card company if you signed up with a credit card.
Either company should give you a full refund, since you did not get the full network access you paid for.
Reputable companies don't quibble about minor details, such as you might have downloaded some content from a single site. You are entitled to full network access, which you are not getting.
But the best solution would be if you were given full network access. And maybe the Diesel network support (if they are part of Diesel, and not just some outside third party), might give you a free extra week in your membership to make up for the problem.

If you use either the PU or the TBP link to go to the Young Legal Porn site, and then go to the signup page, you see a choice of two memberships:
$19.99/month for access to Young Legal Porn.
$29.99/month All DieselAccess Network sites.
Since you chose to pay the $29.99/month, you are entitled to access all the sites in the Diesel Access network.
In a sense, this is a separate issue from the PU/TBP discount. Because you are signing up with Diesel through CCBill. (PU/TBP almost certainly gets some payment if you use the PU/TBP link, but you are signing up to Diesel through CCBill.)
And the signup page clearly tells you what you will be charged, and what you will get for that payment.
So contact CCBill and explain you are not getting what you paid for. You should have a choice of a full refund, or access to the complete Diesel network.
Or you can contact the Diesel support, and explain.
But there's no question you are entitled to full network access. It says so clearly on the signup page.
If you didn't use the PU/TBP link to go to the Young Legal Porn page, then the signup page would show different prices:
$29.99/month access to Young Legal Porn site only.
$39.99/month access to 13 sites in the Diesel Access network. (But even though it states 13 sites, you should get access to all 14 sites. This signup page needs to be updated.)
And there are a couple of other membership options.
But like I said, if you used the PU/TBP link to go to the Young Legal Porn site, you should have used the signup page where the prices were $19.99 and $29.99
Sorry to be so long-winded. But you said you used the PU/TBP link, and you were quoted $29.99 for complete network access. So that is what you were entitled to. Whether CCBill or Young Legal Porn will give you better satisfaction, I don't know. But you should definitely get complete access to all the sites in the network. It said so on your sign-up page.
Maybe CCBill can help. They have been helpful to me in the past.

They should give you all the network sites as that's what it says you get for $29.99 so its false advertising isn't it if they turn around as say you have to pay more now.

The price is steep, but I was getting to the point that I didn't see any other sites I hadn't joined that I wanted to join. I also signed up for 3 other Japanese sites for 3 months each. The others were much cheaper including one for $29.95 for 3 months, Jav HD. I think the pandemic has slowed or stopped so many sites it was worth the one time risk on Zenra.
Of note, you can just join for one month for $40 and receive downloads. The 3 month requirement gives you VIP access which allows you to also download the exclusive DVDs. If you do the one month one you can download all the non-exclusive DVDs without the download limit and can stream the exclusive DVDs.
