That's not quite true. The top models do a lot to earn the money they take in, it's just not always evident to a viewer exactly why a given tip was sent. Every tip is sent for a reason, and a reason why it went to one person and not another.
But I do agree it's damn difficult for a new girl to start into it.

One thing that actually hurt us is that a long time ago members where complaining about the amount of toys being used in photos and in the videos. We asked producers to lesson the amount of toys. But naturally so many girls can get off better with the toys. Not an excuse but it plays some part.
But yes we talked to all producers and already seeing better results.

I hate to admit it, but I've been lurking around MFC and I know what you mean. There are a handful of girls who are basically naked all the time in the top couple of rows and they get money thrown at them, often without doing much of anything else. The new girls, who probably think in terms of a traditional one-on-one private experience, are at the very bottom of the list and when you peek into their rooms, they are just sitting there.
I also have to wonder if there is some Amazon.com-like marketing model where the models on the top row are paying extra to stay in those slots. That model works great for those top-row girls and for MFC, but not so much for the new models who aren't yet making enough money to buy a higher position. So they quit.
In the end, the psychology of it is very similar to stripping. Some girls try it, some girls enjoy the money for a while, but very few girls have the emotional fortitude or psychological make-up to stick with it and really excel.

We have a few photographers that we are not going to use anymore because you are right, some of the girls (definitely not all of them) are not getting the best masturbation when they can do so much more. No they are not intentionally doing it, the photographers get lazy sometimes because often these girls will do the least amount of work to get by. Thanks for the info. I tried POVlive a couple times and that seems like a pretty straightforward buy a chatroom site. Also tried the Met Art live site, metcams. Metcams was a decent site, but they kept telling me my account had been hacked and cutting me off. I think many of these sites are all run by the same parent company/master website, but I can't think of the name.

Nothing to do with us if that's what you're suggesting. We certainly didn't encourage anybody to write - our members don't know about this discussion at all. Also we would never write reviews for our own websites - my colleague doesn't speak English and I'm not a native speaker either so it would be pretty easy to tell.

Yes, most of the dislikes were at the lesbian scenes. But even if you browse comments in the past month, you can see negative comments (from multiple users, not the same 2-3 people) whenever there's ANYTHING obstructing the view. The good old times of highly profitable adult websites are gone and these days we have to deliver perfect content, do some marketing, think very carefully about the content and listen to the feedback of our members to survive on the market. We would never change the type of content if we didn't think think it's a good idea. (Although I agree with you that this is valid mainly for the lesbian scenes - the fisting scenes were so rare that they probably made only little difference for people who didn't like them).
As for a fisting-only site... fisting is quite difficult because it requires more expenses and specific girls to do it. I wonder what the demand is... maybe we could do it but I really can't imagine having daily updates with such an expensive activity. And I'm not sure people would be paying $30 per month if there was just (for example) one video and one gallery weekly. What's your opinion? Are there any fisting communities, discussion forums etc.? I'm not the one who makes decisions but I could discuss this idea with my colleague.

We've always been a pussy (gaping) site with mostly solo models. It's basically up to our members' wishes what they want to see and (unlike other adult sites) we are always trying to listen to their feedback and deliver what they want. It's our job, right? About three months ago there was a heated (and neverending) discussion between two selfish groups of members. In the end we agreed on sort of a compromise that there would still be girl-girl scenes but we would limit the lesbian scenes to minimum as clearly a majority of people didn't want them.
You are saying that 2-3 bitchy people destroyed the fun for some others. While I agree with you in this point (everybody should tolerate other members' preferences) I also have to add that also 2-3 other bitchy people kept flooding us with requests for a type of videos that you would like to see - but almost nobody else wanted to see. So it was a situation we couldn't win in. We had to disappoint one of the groups and we decided to disappoint the far smaller group and film videos for the much bigger group of members. We didn't really have any other choice...
Every member seems to think that we have to deliver a type of videos that HE likes. But we are forced to make compromises and we're often blamed even though we just try to please everybody. But that is not possible. You like fisting - why not, I like fisting too. But members of our site don't want to see fisting, they want to see the inside of the pussy without any hands. They want to see the cervix, the pee hole and not any fingers. It may sound stupid to other people but this is their fetish and we have to respect it.

Good catch. I joined a sister site to this, hotkinkyjo, back almost four years ago and was disappointed to see that it was streaming only. What bugged me most was that the site and the terms of service were vague and could have reasonably been interpreted as allowing downloads. I put a comment up here at PU warning prospective members and the webmaster sent a series of pretty nasty emails to me which culminated in his threatening to sue me. I'll be interested to hear if anything like that happens to you. We could be the only two guys here who have been threatened by the Russian mob!
If you're interested in this niche check out Roxy Raye. She has a lot of similar (but slightly less extreme) stuff and her site allows downloads, or at least it did the last time I joined.
(To make this worse, I avoid piracy sites but I've checked and most of the hotkinkyjo material is available there. As a paying customer, all i wanted was to be able to download the material. The webmaster's motive was avoiding piracy but he failed at that and succeeded in losing a customer.)

Although it requires possible customers to read that downloads aren't allowed. In their defense they at least have written in the section prior to the join page. That doesn't mean that some eager beaver isn't going to be sorely disappointed once he or she has paid her 30$ and discovers that their money is only going to be good for one month.

It's true that they have again started to update their sites but this is at least the third time in my memory that they have done that. For that reason let me amend my dead site comment to alive but with a weak heart beat.
I'll also add that a few of the updates is leased material available on other sites. Not that there is anything wrong with that since many other sites do the same but TCC is a very expansive network and there is a different standard for sites like that.

1-In their defense. TCC was pretty much always a primarily all anal site. They did for a while offer a lot more standard b/g content that didn't include anal but those scenes always felt like they were the exception rather than the rule.
1-You do know you are discussing a site that is more or less dead and has been for quite a long time now.
