I joined their "network" of sites once and found out that they *do* lock you out after a certain amount of downloading in a single day (maybe 1gig or so?). Might that be your problem? I don't remember the message it gave me. I just remember being annoyed.

Dear Beardo,
Sounds like the site isn't recognizing your password or you've never been enrolled despite trying to do so. If you're using CCBill (a service I like), I'd go to customer support immediately (at the bottom of the first site page, or you can google "CCBILL.com")
At the CCBill website, if I go to customer support, I can type in my email address and the credit card I used. It will then show me every site I've ever registered with using CCBill with that email address and that credit card. (I'd hate to show you my extra long list of sites I've used since 2004, but it is interesting to see). This will tell you if you're currently enrolled in the site. Maybe you were never enrolled (or billed) yet for some reason.
If you are enrolled, try a "forgot password" issue. If that's it they'll email you the address at the email address you gave them when you enrolled.
If the site and CCBill are non-responsive and you were enrolled, then you need to complain to your credit card company if they bill you for a service you were unable to use (Call the number associated with the CCBill charge on your credit card first when you are billed).
