I'll not hassle 21.Sextury or Sandstone, who is maybe one of the most active webmasters to get back here at PU - and thanks for that!
But bottom line: As a very long time fan and member of first one site (Pixandvideo, of course) and then others and then the network I think it's sad, annoying, a shame ect. that this fine site/now network that has had top material for many years present these problems to the users...
This input from RustyJ is - alas - too easy to recognize. Over and over again. For years I joined/rejoined, but not lately since I got that same problem:
Finding a new model/new material- getting the appetizer - and not being able to download.
I really hope 21.Sextury will get back to a situation when everything is reliable.....

Before the split, if I remember correctly, one of the DP sites wasn't included with 21 Sextury, believe it was DP Fanatics that was a loyalty site. While I'm not a huge fan of DPs, I am a huge fan of Simony Diamond and they had quite a bit of her content on it. I was however a fan of Zoliboy, not his new stuff, but those first 2 years of content on his site has a lot of rare rough/extreme content of some of the more glam models. My closest review I could compare to was of Club Sandy in summer 2010 since it had became a network at that point and the score was 94. With the 21 Sextury network the same content of the old Club Sandy network plus about 10 other sites and better navigation. Once I figured out the navigation on this network and how to use the filters, it made the network almost perfect for me. I wish other networks would consider putting a search with filters like this one.

hmmmmm - I don't know that I agree with this. The network has lez sites and the other premium sites certainly have lots of girl/girl action. But then there are sites like DP Fanatics that are by nature going to be multiple guys fucking a girl.
I don't find the network to be un-balanced in that way. It would be a nice addition, though to have more scenes with multiple girls with 1 guy.
Of course, since female talent is more expensive than male talent, production costs are an issue.

I agree, the male/female ratio is less than appealing overall. Personally, I think they should aim for a monthly target of 1:10 for all of the stuff on their network. The guys can still fuck the girls all they want; just do it in their free time.

Yep…that's probably how they wished it anyway. Quite unusual in that sense as in any other sense annual or long term membership means you rule the roost, you move in & out like a sentinel.
I'm probably learning the hard way I feel, you know getting the short end of the stick. Have you been a member for long? Are you getting Horny Euro Sluts as an extra site?
Either way its puzzling stuff because if they give you additional sites every month then probably you were entitled to those when you signed up anyway & later they come as freebies.
Annual members pay for all those months well in advance & access is denied just like that. Wondering how many will queue up for an annual membership after such a fiasco

If what you & 21sextury say is true, I'd be happy to believe but that's not the case. Just to test my hypothesis, if you ever get time go to Horny Euro Sluts, see a sample video you like, make a note & then login to your parent site (where you signed up). I can guarantee you that you will not get that scene listed because HES has exclusive content which is beyond the reach of 21sextury members either as monthly or annual subscribers which is quite shambolic!!
Unfortunately, it was a site I blindly trusted it was very good the previous 2 times I was a member. I got a reply from the Webmaster as well saying that 21sextury has loyalty sites but Horny Euro Sluts is just a selection site that is not included in the compilation. Anyway that's very little consolation at the end of the day as members are losing out a whole lot of exciting content which they should have access to

I signed up with segpay using master card and starting today can't get access at all. Segpay stopped taking master card so they just cut off my access even though I paid their overpriced introductory price for two months with the promise of a lower monthly price in the future and more importantly, with the promise to more sites in the future. Huge screw deal.

I'm part of their unlucky group because I've losted access to all the sites. The system won't accept my password. I sent my request yesterday at about this time and hopefully I'll get an answer within 48hrs because I can guarantee you that nothing as happened in the last 24.

Sure, any site can run into problems - but why do I so much recognize the situation (over and over) stated here by RustyJ?

They have had this earlier, btw, quite a lot of times in 2010.

Well, I've seen a few links on new material at least a couple days old not working or taking you to a file not found page. Even more bizarre, in the case of a few recent new Sophie Moone items there wasn't even a tab for the video or photos so there simply weren't any links you could click. It's like they added a placeholder page without the actual content. That tells me that not only do they seem to not care if there are broken links for older content, but that they also don't care if the new stuff goes online properly. One of those Sophie Moone is from a couple weeks ago and there are still no tabs for video or photos on the page for it. It's simply amazing how they don't seem to care.

Yeah, that's another gripe I have that I haven't even got to yet, those ultra-wide angle lenses they use. They make every girl's ass look like its a mile wide. There is huge distortion with these lenses, take a look at the edges of walls or doors sometime and notice how curved they are. They are not actually curved of course, that's just showing how much distortion is in the picture. Unreal, they need wide angle of course, but there must be a lens out there that is not so extreme.

Thanks for your reply, RustyJ. Yes, you are probable right, this cannot be said equally for all sites and sets. But my experience today with this specific set ("Bibi's solo show") was so excrusiatingly obvious that I had to speak up.
And it often happens to me that I see the "preview pictures" (with are more often than not full body shots) and I think: "I am going to LOVE this video". And then, the video is 2/3 of close-ups to a pussy that could belong to any model in any set of any website.

It's a answer like any other, saying nothing in fact. The problem is already taking to long, I've reported problems months ago and still nothing gets fixed. I understand that they got problems with there "third party hosting service" but to be frank this is not MY problem. As a paying member of there website they should deliver.
Also a paying member one shouldn't have to "learn to live with it".
In a few months i will have to decide to renew my membership which i have renewed every year for years. Currently it will be a NO to renewal i mean why renew, all one gets are mainly corrupted videos.

First of all let me thank you for your continuous presence and activity, the constant feedback means a lot for us.
About this issue you've mentioned.
Despite of the common belief spreading around, the support - and me personally - struggles a lot with this problem. But the situation is a bit more difficult than it seems.
As the majority of the content providers, we also use a third party hosting service to host the huge amount of content we offer. When this service fails on the provider's part, the results show on ours, and - like in this present example - we are trapped between two fires.
We're trying to push our request through the partner, urging them toward a quick solution, while trying to help our members as good as we can, despite of the fact that not much more we can do to solve this issue.
So yes...
We are aware of the problem and the drawback it causes, and we are working hard to find a solution. We are indeed deeply sorry for the difficulties and inconveniences it causes to our members, but all we can do at the moment is to promise that we try to handle this issue as fast as possible, even if it forces us to find another CDN partner.

Just a heads up if anyone struggles with these issues. It seems that the issues are worse with larger files and at busier hours. In early morning (here in Europe) I have no issues but yesterday afternoon I had to check every file for gaps and re download up to three times.
