I'm a multimonth subscriber and am into large original mammary glands (that means big natural titties) as well as "soft core" (which seems to include penetration by anything other than a penis).
I agree that the heavy duty hardcore promised by House of Taboo is there but is a rather shallow assortment. In other words, if you are into bondage and similar stuff, RustyJ is right on. Sign up for one month every 6 months or so and drain off the new stuff.
On the other hand the DDF Prod site is loaded with fabulous babes, so if your taste is like mine go for a longer term membership. There is way more stuff than time to download it, even at their very fast d/l speeds.
I'm drafting up a review of the site and totally agree with RustyJ's 90-93 score. Stay tuned. I'll explain why in my review.

It mentions something about "magazine archives" however I don't know how far back it goes.

The site is entirely based on their DVDs with some magazine content as well, and the video content is not HD. The best video bitrate they offer is 1700 kbps, which is decent - but not great (and is only available on stuff released more recently, like the last 6 months or so). The DVDs are split up into scenes, if your preference is single scenes not from DVDs, this probably isn't the place for you.
The subsite set-up is pretty much bullshit, as far as I could tell most of their content could be found on either Hustler or Barely Legal, the subsites are somewhat useful in sorting content I suppose, but it is basically just mirrors of subsets of their content from what I could tell.
They have photos from their magazines on the site as well, however it is a real nuisance to dig through these and the picture qualitiy is generally mediocre anyways (also the sets are typically small - 8 pictures or so).

Yeah I joined for 3 months and there is some amazing movies, no doubt, it is very expensive and wish it was an out and out membership site and get all, they could be one of the most popular sites on the web if they did this I'd think. That said I've still got tickets left which I can wait for scenes I'd like. I really like when there is three or more girls in a scene, these are what most impressed me about the site. One scene with Anita Bellini who is a total babe and three other girls as soon as I watched it went into my alltime best scenes.
But it is an acquired taste as they do shoot the movies in very much the same style and dress the models and makeup mostly not really to my taste, some exceptions though, sometimes the models look natural without heavy makeup.
Never really understood the ticket prices though and how some really old scenes are still not in the free section, I think this annoyed me the most, would of liked more free scenes, still haven't used my free credits up yet either. Also lots of the newer movies are over 4 tickets now so your credit soon evaporated with too many new ones.

I joined here a while back and it was definitely the most expensive site membership I've ever had but I still think it is a good value. This is really good hard-edged porn with top European and Russian models in scenes with high production values. I'll definitely be rejoining at some point. And one commenter here figured out that the best deal is the three-month membership.

So do I but here's are some examples that add to my fear. The new anal queen Alyssa was added recently and we haven't seen any updates to the site let's play lez. Both sites have identical content. The only difference between them is that Alyssa is in more content on her site but she's not in all the updates. They have 3 sites that center on lesbian sex. lez cuties, let's play lez and anal queen
Alyssa but the content is somewhat simialr on all of them except that lez cuties is a little less intense and normally centers on only teen models.
They have 4 sites that are centered on one model. Aletta Ocean, Blue Angel, Sophie Moon and Kathia Nobili. I'm not including Club Sandy because Sandy hasn't been the main attraction to that site in years. I'm also not adding Alyssa because her site is still too new and I'll need to see a little more from them before I judge it as a viable addition. Of the 4 I named. Only Aletta is still updating regularly with new content. Blue Angel's last update is in march, Kathia has 3 updates since january and most of Sophie's updates are usually backsatage stuff for shoots that will apear on the other 21sextury sites. You have 5 filler sites that have old content and most of it is leased material.
Now it's not all bad because there are still six sites that update regularly and these are all amazing sites. I would much prefer they drop the filler crap that isn't worth looking at and work on the sites that do.

In the past, we indeed used this video, but because of some issues, it has been removed from the site (something with the pictures and stuff). You were very prompt with download, that's why it is in your collection (in a way, you had a rarity for a time :) ).
Now, that the pictures were repaired, the whole set got to be uploaded again. I would say download the pictures again, but the video is indeed the same.
Sorry for the confusion it may have caused to anyone. We try to keep these mistakes at the minimum.

I like the concept of this site and quite a few of the models are really hot. However, there are two things that I really don't care for overall. The first is the camera work during the sex scenes. They too often linger too long on the girl's face. The guy when fucking the girl from the back flat on the table has his chunky legs around her, blocking the view. The second thing is that they sometimes reissue the same scene but edited somewhat differently. Usually, it's not much of an improvement.
I've seen both problems again and again so much that I don't feel inclined to pay them for more of either.
For better camera work in the same niche, FuckedHard18 does it.

As for the questions, I'm not 100% sure what you mean so I'll answer them as best I can.
First though, let me say that this site (and sites like Everything Butt) are definitely not scat-play sites. If they were, they'd hold no interest for me, and I suspect for most people. Anything that goes on here goes on after probably several real enemas to clean the models out. If there have ever been 'accidents' on the set, those are shown. And that's a good thing.
So why milk? I suspect that Jay Sinn chose milk for several reasons; maybe the symbolism that we place on milk (pure, maternal, etc.) had something to do with it, but I suspect the real reasons are a lot more prosaic. I suspect that he uses milk because it's safe to use as an enema fluid and it is visible. If he just used water that wouldn't have the same visual effect. I suspect the visual impact of milk is the primary reason for Jay Sinn using it.
If your question is why do I like to see milk used, my answer would probably sound rude, but it's the truth: because that's what's available to view. I've seen, and enjoyed, other insertions/expulsions too.
As for the 'why' question, I don't know if you're looking for my thoughts on why Jay Sinn does this or why do I like it. I suspect that you're looking for the answer to the latter, but I'll take a stab at the former too.

I like the fact that they are ass-oriented, I like the uniqueness, I like the sexiness and I like the playfulness of it. Milk Enema is a great balance with Everything Butt. MA is playful with the girls having fun where EB tends to have a slightly BDSM favor to it. I like both sites though.
I'm sure I haven't really answered your questions, but for the big one. the 'why' one, I'm not sure that I can. I guess it's because of my ass obsession and desire to push limits but not wanting to see abusive or coercive sex (unless that is part of the play, like at EB).
