Well looking at the company info on TBP site facts would seem to suggest the two are not related. I have a feeling this is just some copycat sight trying to cash in on the MET reputation. If i was the owner of Met Art I think i would be calling my lawyer.

Can't really disagree.
I've never been a member. But from the preview area, I think I prefer X-Art or Diesel Access (the Diesel network) for this type of erotic video. That's just a guess, because, like I say, I've never been a member of this site.
But if you are a member of any of the MetArt sites, you can usually get a discounted membership to any of the other sites in their network. So that's a good thing to remember.

My guess is that the people behind it had no intention to actually create a site and likely no experience either. It may have just grown out of the fan community and then they figured the could charge perverts like me to join. As a site, it really needs a lot of work.

Our priority is to make our member's happy! As soon as Kyote pointed out the bug we had our programmer work on the issue right away = ). The one download freezing issue is FIXED already. Users are able to launch multiple downloads and surf at the same time with a smile on their faces.

With Mofos operating both pre checked cross selling and regional discrimination, the only good thing you can say about them is they believe in some kimd of perverse equality - they expect us porn users to bend over and take it just like their models.
I agree that if TBP wants to keep any kind of reputation they need to be more careful who they promote.

The site needs work that's for sure. The only reason i gave this a 60 and not lower is because i found i downloaded a lot of the sets, not all is lost with this site only because of the models. Other then that I'm just glad it was under 20 dollars !

Sorry you had what sounded like a bit of a disappointing time there, but thanks for the informative review anyway.
Low resolutions of 'high-res' pics are indeed quite frustrating, I agree. I'm currently a member over at Teen Dreams (admittedly not an art photography site, but still) where I've happily downloaded a number of (older) sets only to be disappointed by the lower resolution of so-called 'high-res' photos - blurring any attempt to zoom in and get a better look at things.

I've been a member at this site a couple of times and have enjoyed it very much. They have great models and somewhat racier content than MET, but it is a bit on the expensive side.
Even with fewer updates, I would consider an annual membership if the price was more in line with MET's, especially now that they have added public cam shows. That would be $100-120 a year they'd be getting out of me instead of $35 a year.

Totally agree! 6 months of MPL Studios would get you a year of MetArt, but as I'm sure you're aware, MPL only does one thing per day while MetArt does 4, usually, and even more at the start of each month.
And MPL sometimes does a non-nude "postcard." I like them, but I think they should be posted with a nude set the same day.
My most recent 6-month MPL membership ran out and I've been lurking around about there but waiting until I can get the effective monthly price down before diving back in. But I probably won't wait long enough for it to be at the MetArt level.
Would be nice to get a discount offer from them. I've been a returning member since 2003!

There are a good number of pics from most of the scenes I saw, although since they are screen caps they are not exactly the best quality. If pics are your thing, especially high quality pics, this probably isn't the best site for you.

Aha, Cap'n, you are right... the focus here isn't really on full strips. There are some, and most sets do involve undressing, but generally start with lingerie or something flimsy (that often gets wet).
I suspect you'd prefer Petites Parisiennes, which has more (and actually quite a few getting dressed sets). But even more so Breath Takers, which does have a lot of strips from fully dressed, usually in casual wear.

It has been a long while since I've been to the site, and I should stress that I NEVER download hardcore picture sets. They bore me to tears. I've taken a few b/g stills featuring a model I like, or if the pic in interesting in other ways, but I've never downloaded a complete set. So, when I look at what I collected from Naughty Mag, all I have are solo-model sets and a handful of videos. The vids were all yawnfests, except for a scant few. The solo sets were very good, as far as I'm concerned, because they were well-edited, didn't use dozens of shots with no noticeable change in pose, and because they featured undies which I like: more towards full-cut, full-back as opposed to thongs and "sexy" stuff. Mind you, I am an archive-miner, as I like the way they did things back in the late ninetees, early oughts. I can't comment on newer sets since I didn't focus much on them. I would imagine they have caught up with the modern trends just like ATK and the like.
If memory serves, there was the usual amount of toy/masturbation stuff, as well as lots of hardcore, but I honestly cannot say what the ratio would be between hard and soft. Sorry. It's been too long and I was there for the archives.
