If you like the fairly straight-ahead, lightly treated pics at Karups, you might find yourself VERY frustrated by the overly-treated, "let's just pour lacquer over them" pics at Earl Miller. I sure was!
I didn't see one face that wasn't blurred and I didn't find one trace of skin tone in any pics on his site. He shoots a lot of gorgeous women, but the excessive treatment on the pics totally ruined them for me.
On the lack of diversity - they have said before that Karups PC is a collection of European models, where Karups HA is a collection of models from the US, so you wouldn't really expect a great deal of diversity from a site that had the parameters that this one does.
I think, though, that the bigger problem with the Karups sites is the same-ness of the style from model to model from set to set.
ATK does much better in this regard, in my opinion. Their different content providers have notice-ably different styles from each other, so you can do searches by a particular photographer/studio if you want more of that particular style.
All that being said, there's a lot to like at both Karups PC and Karups HA.
The thing about this forum, though, Jeff, is that there are enough members that, for the sites such as yours, that have a history of responsive Customer Service, there will be other members to speak up in the defense of good sites so that the complaints will have the lesser weight that they ought to. In the end, I think that's more valuable than the mods setting up a whole QC system, which I tend to think could create more friction than not.
I would certainly feel p.o'd if I had what I felt was a valid complaint about a site and I wasn't allowed to have my post seen by other forum members because a mod decided that it was not a valid complaint. On the other hand if I made my point and 10 other forum members responded, saying that they had always had great experiences with the site, I wouldn't have any reason to be pissed off at the mod or the other members and would probably chill out a bit and have more perspective about my complaint.
One thing that is a nice change is that they no longer do that thing that ATK Galleria does where each day's post is in a specific category - now they mix it up - some models, some lesbians, some girls with toys, some teens, etc - it makes each day's posts more exciting than before when you could be "ehhh, I don't like that category"

I was definitely disappointed at the site design. It's terribly out-dated and doesn't do justice to the site's content in any way. Having to page forward through multiple pages of models with the same name to find one the one that you're looking for is a drag.
But I do like the solo-girl stuff and Karup's solo-girl stuff is pretty damned nice.
Not sure what issue you're running into or why - I've been a member of the Karups combined network for over 1 month and haven't had any problems downloading new or older videos.
I wouldn't join now with someone else's money, never mind my own!
As far as I'm concerned this site is a complete rip-off - they didn't even have the decency to respond to my e-mail to them - join at your own risk, that's what I've got to say about this site!
And I still don't see the reviewer's special being offered - I just did a clean-up of my system this morning, so I dunno what's up. I wouldn't be interested in taking advantage of it anyway, after finding out what a rip-off their trial membership is. Why would I expect to be ripped off less if I gave them more money?
My view - if a site is going to limit access in their trial memberships, they ought to spell those limits out clearly, otherwise it's a flat-out rip-off and is a site to be avoided like the plague, in my book.
One other thing to keep in mind with this site is that if you want to see Kate fully nude, showing her really lovely pussy, you will have to buy zip sets at extra cost. This is pretty common in the world of solo-girl sites, but I know some people consider it a real ripoff, so it's worth noting.
Kate used to be really active in her members' forum, which was fun, though I don't know if she continues the level of activity that she had when I was a member well over a year ago.
Ariel's awesome and there is TONS of material on her site. It's oddly organized - you'll find a lot of material under her blog, for instance. It's easy to miss things if you don't click around in all the nooks and crannies.
My membership expired right after the updates stopped. Check it out - the site's good about telling you about updates - at least it is at this point - and the last photo update was 9/11/08 - and I believe that is the final bit of what they shot with this girl. She's done some shooting with European Playboy and she still shoots for Met Art, so if you want her new stuff, Met Art would be the place to look for it. She's probably my absolute fave nude model. She's got a wonderful face, a flair for dramatic, erotic poses, and a phenomenal bod with those amazing large natural boobs and fabulous sexy long legs.
There's a lot of Katie Fey material here - and if it's new for you and you find her hot, well a short-term membership might be worthwhile for you. Her photo sets got increasingly high quality as the site went on - and the last couple of years were great. Her vids were always crap, unfortunately.
There are a lot of included sites in the network when you join this site and very few of them update any longer. The most notable that do continue to update are Andi Pink and Ariel Rebel. Andi has actually developed a couple of more facial expressions over the years - but just a couple - and she's got an adorable little barely legal bod. Ariel Rebel is a petite and very sexy little French girl who has the most interesting site in the network. She's quite engaged with it - and you can find her participating in various forums around the 'net. Her photo sets are quite good - sexy and interesting - cool angles and such - and she and Andi have been doing a good deal of lez material, which seems to be split up between being posted on her site and on Andi's.
Is it the case that you can save pics individually but just can't get a zip download of the set? The way that I read it originally was that members are unable to save/download even individual pics, which may be a mis-read.
That is the case with some small model-run sites - such as Jannah Burnham's "Just Jannah". At least when I was a member for one month quite a while ago, when you tried to save any pics, you got a "property of Just Jannah" message. I've seen discussions in webmaster/model forums that this is a great idea for preventing piracy - as a person considering whether or not to join a site, though, it brings the value way down.
Thanks for your posts, Kedra - makes me see why your members are so fond of you. I see nothing wrong with internet models or anybody involved in running a site encouraging their members to let other people know what they think of the site - you're not running it for nobody to ever see it, after all.
The reviews will have no meaning, though, if they are so over-the-top that they aren't believable. They'll just be dismissed by many, as they have been here, as bad advertising attempts, which might be entirely unfair to your site.

Good review of one of the best and largest, and most consistently updated, ladyboy sites there is. There's also the interesting aspect that some of the included sites really are different from each other. Ladyboy Gold tends to have the models come into the scene in sexy outfit, do a lot of tease, then do a solo scene. Ladyboys Fucked Bareback is similar to Ladyboy Gold, but instead of doing a solo scene after the tease, the models are fucked bareback. Ladyboy Vice is completely different - it's one guy who books models, who are escorts, or dancers in some of the Pattaya clubs. He then shoots a POV fuck scene with them. One of the sites has a small # of interview scenes with the models, none of the ones I checked out were interesting at all, though.
