Thierry Murell used to be the main photographer at Glam Deluxe.
But Glam Deluxe closed down.
I guess that Murell stopped contributing to the site as frequently and the site had other problems.
The selection of models at Glam Deluxe was quite good.
Another softcore glamour site that went bust.
Murell has contributed some nice sets to MetArt over the years, but he was never a heavy contributor.
I don't know why: maybe he didn't have the drive to create a lot of sets.
Excellent review.
Especially helpful is the recent update rate, that warns against the slowdown in new sets for the site.
But glad that MetArt support is so helpful.
What confuses me is that MetArt support states they do not own the site.
But I guess that's a legal structure, since the site is included in the MetArt network.

Nice, basic review. I like the specific reasons you give for building the score. My only quibble would be the total score: since you think the site is probably worth a one-time membership, my guess would be a score of 70 would be more appropriate. Even though PU guidelines state that 60-69 is "low recommendation", and 70-79 is "might recommend", I believe that since 50 is the lowest score a site can be rated, most people would think that a score less than 70 means a site to be avoided.
That's my feeling/belief.
So many people, seeing your site score of 65, would think/conclude the site was a waste of money, and might not even bother to read your review.
Whereas you personally felt that the site was worth a one-time membership, and did not feel cheated.
And I definitely feel your review is worth reading, because it gives a very clear explanation/feeling of the site.
If you join one site, you automatically get 9 more sites included.
Then, if your membership goes into a second month, you get 1 additional site.
If your membership goes into a third month, you get 1 more additional site.
If your membership goes beyond 3 months, you get 2 more sites.
But: almost all of the site are small. And most stopped updating years ago.
So there are much better ways to spend your money, than on a membership to this network. You will find much more content, better quality content, easier site navigation, and more frequent updates at other sites and networks.
Maybe years ago this site/network might have justified a membership, while they were still updating, and they might have improved the quality as time went on.
But this is just one of many sites/networks that has little value compared to what other sites offer today.
But some Captcha forms are worse than others.
There are some, where the letters/numbers are so twisted, that you have to guess what the letters/words are, and I get some of those wrong again and again, that I just give up. This isn't for any porn sites that I know of, but for some other content.
There are also Captchas where the letters/numbers move across the screen, and go off the screen and come back on. That's the case with this site. So you have to watch the Captcha a few times, to get all the letters/numbers.
No big deal. Just a bit of irritation. Especially compared to sites that just require the username and password, and are very easy to log in.
I guess they use Captcha for security. But if you are really a computer expert/hacker, there are probably automatic programs that will handle the Captcha.
So the extra security just makes life a bit more difficult for the rest of us.
Thanks for the information, atrapat. I didn't look at the TBP data. Lazy. I just checked that there were no reviews or comments at PU or TBP, and figured there was no data. Before joining PU, I used to read the TBP pages, but since joining PU, I glance at TBP only rarely. I think PU reviews are more up to date and relevant because of member details and opinions. But you reminded me that TBP is still worth looking at to see what's there. You have "site facts" at TBP even if there is no TBP review.

I haven't been keeping up with what is being offered lately.
But Comcast is not available in my area.
(I live in Los Angeles County, norther part of the county.)
Spectrum and AT&T are the basic choices for internet service in my area.
I used to be with Spectrum, but currently with AT&T.
But I'm probably going to switch back to Spectrum.
Because, for me, my ATT contract is for 75 Mbps.
But I use the Wi-Fi for my laptop.
And the Wi-Fi speed often drops to less than 1 Mbps, which is lousy.
With a 100 Mbps connection at Spectrum, my Wi-Fi speeds ranged from 8Mbps to about 22 Mbps, so that's why I switched to ATT.
Which I thought would be faster.
But there is some wiring problem with my house, which the installation tech mentioned.
And that's why my Wi-Fi speeds average less than 1 Mbps to maybe 5+ Mbps, which is lousy. Since I'm paying for a 75 Mbps connection speed.

OK, why would anyone pay $14.95 for a 3-day trial, when you can get 1 month for $19.95?
Unless you could be sure to download the site contents in a 3-day trial, you might as well pay the extra $5 for a full month.
But since the site is apparently not updating since June 2008, based on atrapat's reply, and since the site has never been reviewed at PU, I would not pay to join this site.
I've read that some sites block download managers.
But this is the first site I've heard of that tells you to disable Norton antivirus.
I'm not computer-literate: but that just seems strange to me.
And dangerous.
If you wander the Internet, you probably come across hundreds or thousands of articles describing how hackers can infect your computers and cell phones and other devices.
I use Norton antivirus.
Have used it for many years.
Every so often, it gives me a pop-up message that it blocked a website from attacking my PC.
That's without downloading anything: just visit a site, and your computer/device can be attacked.
I'm not saying Norton is the best anti-virus program out there, but I'd be nervous as heck if I didn't have it running.
So I wouldn't join the Swallowed site if they advise disabling Norton antivirus.
One problem is quantity. The site appears to have quality softcore pix, but a limited amount of content.
I realize it's a dream for each photographer who wants to start his own site, but it would sure be more economical if some of these photographers agreed to form a ring where membership to one site would entitle you to access to other softcore photographers' sites.
