In Los Angeles, I only use Spectrum for internet service.
Which is why I'm paying $45 for a 100 Mbps connection.
If I bundled internet, phone, and cable, I would be paying about $29 for each service, with a 100 Mbps connection speed.
What's nice about Spectrum, and Time Warner before that, was there were no data caps.
So I never had to worry about using too much.
But since I don't belong to Netflix, I don't think I use all that much bandwidth, anyway.
I'm much more selective about the porn I download today.
Back in the day, I used to stream the videos or slide show the photo sets, then download almost everything. Now I rarely download anything except what I feel is very good to great.

I've been a member of Time Warner for internet for a few years.
I started with their slowest speed.
Paid around $30/month for 30 Mbps.
After 1 year, they raised the price to about $54/month.
While offering new subscribers 30 Mbps for $30.
I called the office, and they said that $54/month for 30 Mbps was the price for current subscribers, and that I didn't qualify for the new subscriber rate.
So I talked some more, and they finally offered me 50 Mbps for $40/month.
Which was faster and cheaper than the 30 Mbps for $54/month.
After one year, they said I no longer qualified for the $40/month introductory rate.
So I asked if I could have a cheaper plan, and they told me even if I dropped my internet speed, I would not qualify for a cheaper plan.
So I told them to end my service at the end of the current month.
And I paid T-Mobile for a one-month plan, with a slow internet connection.
Then I went into the Time Warner office, told them I was ending my service.
The sales clerk I spoke with, offered me a new plan at $45/month for 100 Mbps.
I was pissed, because I had already paid T-Mobile for a slower plan for 1 month.
But I told Time Warner to switch me to the $45/month for 100 Mbps plan. Then Time Warner changed to Spectrum.
Anyway, I now believe that 100 Mbps is the slowest speed that Spectrum offers in my area.
Which might explain why you got an upgrade to 100 Mbps, because that might be the slowest speed they offer in your area, as well.
The only surprising thing is that they did not charge you a higher price.
Unless you are on a contract that specifies the lower price.
I'm on month to month service, with the price locked in for 12 months.
That's the system they use in my area.
One question on your review:
You write: "One day, I'm downloading at near max of 15Mbps, the next I'm barely getting 2Mbps."
Do you mean to write MBps, instead of Mbps?
B, with a capital letter, stands for Byte.
b, with a lowercase letter, stands for bit.
8 bits in a Byte.
2 Mbps, or even 15 Mbps, is very slow.
I'm with Spectrum (formerly called Time Warner), and I have a 100 Mbps connection.
There are slower and faster connections offered.
But 15 Mbps would be very slow, and Spectrum does not offer that slow a speed.
Whereas 15 MBps would be slightly faster than the connection I have.

You cover the network sites in a comprehensive manner that clearly explains what each site does.
And you mention your own preferences, but try not to let them color your site review over much.
I don't remember when I was a member of most of these sites, but what I do remember is that I thought: many of the Dane Jones videos were high quality, with attractive young women in some hot scenes.
Dane Jones was a good site, with attractive young women in some hot scenes. Massage Rooms was also an very good site. Lesbea was a good lesbian site.
My vague impression is that the videos are excellent in technical quality: sharp focus, well lighted, good sound control, etc.
And like I said, some of the videos were hot (or that I really enjoyed watching them).
One reason for that is I like watching pretty girls and women. Doing sexy things.
I don't remember Girlfriends or Mom XXX or Fitness Rooms.
Mom XXX and Fitness Rooms don't fit into my preferred tastes.
Back in the early 1970s, before the internet, it was rare to see pretty girls in porn.
But since at least the 1990s, the floodgates have opened.
And it's hard to keep up with all these lovely girls.

I'm not a member of Sexy Hub or Dane Jones.
Lately, I seem to have playback issues with smooth streaming at some paysites I do belong to. I suspect it's because I have too many programs running on my PC, or because I've overloaded my drive too much, and it needs more free space to run streaming smoothly.
There is a site called Asia Nude 4 U that has a mix of softcore/hardcore with models much like the 88 Square site. Some of the models at Asia Nude 4 U are extremely pretty. Asia Nude 4 U is not extremely hardcore, but much more hardcore than Met-art, which is strictly softcore.
But 88 Square and Asia Nude 4 U are not really the site I was thinking of when I said there was a Met-art clone of Asian models. This is a site (or was, I don't know if it's still around) with high-quality softcore photosets of Asian models.
I'll try to remember the name of the site, but my memory is terrible, and the exact name might take a few weeks or longer.
Do you personally enjoy Met-art? If not, then you wouldn't enjoy the site I am thinking of, unless you get an extra special kick from Asian models. I think some Asian models are just gorgeous, and there are plenty of pretty ones as well, but tastes are personal.
If you like the Met-art site, I will try to keep digging for the name. The models were Asian, not Asian-American, I think. There are a very few Asian models at Met-art, but hardly more than a handful out of the 100s of models they have.
I put more weight on the comments and reviews by PU members that I trust and understand than on the scores or reviews of TBP. TBP scores are harder for me to relate to or understand. Drooler and other PU members are paying customers like me, while the TBP reviewers are professional reviewers with a different point of view that has less relevance for me. That's my personal opinion.
I usually agree with and understand the reviews of sites that Drooler reviews or comments on that I have been a member of. Our tastes are somewhat similar. Not exactly the same, but close enough that if Drooler finds a site to be excellent and well worth the money, chances are the site might be worth joining for me. (He does not find a lot of those excellent and well worth joining sites, because he has a lot of contrary opinion and orneriness. Maybe old age is biting him in the ass, or maybe he was ornery at birth. But you can depend on him (and some others) to give a somewhat clear and understandable review/opinion of different sites. I don't get the same sense of understanding from the TBP scores or reviews. TBP scores and reviews have value, but it's easier for me to relate to the PU scores and reviews of members I trust and agree with because I have read their reviews and comments and understand more clearly what they are saying.
If this site has some special attributes that definitely appeal to you, then maybe it's worth joining, in spite of Drooler's negative comments. He made those comments a little over a year ago, and maybe the site has improved since then.
But unless you have some clear evidence that the site has drastically improved since Drooler made his negative comments, or unless you have a strong impression that there are special elements that will appeal to your personal tastes, then this site is probably a mistake or a waste of your money.
You're probably better off paying for another site, but I don't know of any specializing in softcore Asian. There are some very nice-to-excellent hardcore Asian that PU members have reviewed.
Wait. I recall one softcore Asian site, don't remember the name. I will look around and, if I come up with the name, will offer it as a possibility. The site was like a Met-art Asian clone (but not really associated with Met-art).
Maybe I'm getting old, and trying to be careful with my porn dollars, but I wouldn't join this site unless someone I really trusted (and likes the same kind of pix I do) wrote a glowing review of this site and gave it a high score.
The free tour of the site (with it's lack of nice-sized sample pix) is a turn-off for me.
I want to see if the models inside are really attractive, and the free tour gives very little basis for knowing what the photosets will look like.
As I said, it's a matter of personal taste, what appeals to you.

But it shows that Teen Mega World is trying to upgrade their newer videos.
They are spending more money on the newer videos: upgrading the sets over the cheap old sets and cheap everyday clothes they used before.
There is still a ton of the old videos at Teen Mega World, so most of the network is still what it was before.
But I really enjoy the looks of many of the models at Teen Mega World,
and even though it's not a glamour network by any means, they are making an effort to make the newer videos present the models more attractively (along with better sets and better clothes).
And some of the new photosets at Teen Mega World are worth collecting:
because the models are cute, and screen caps have really improved over what they used to be.
There must be some software program that makes nice quality screen caps from a video shoot, because I really like some of the photosets at Teen Mega World.
And the software to view the photosets at Teen Mega World is very fast and easy to use (if you don't want to download the zip file for the photoset, or want to view the photoset to choose whether you want to get a zipped download file of the photoset).
That's just my opinion, of course.
Some PU members think Team Skeet is one of their favorite networks.
So opinions vary.

I've never heard of Aeron Pay, but if I see it listed anywhere, I hope to remember your warning and stay away.
PU and TBP should look into this, and issue a warning that the PU/TBP sites are not doing business with any of the sites using Aeron Pay.
And the PU and TBP sites need to change their practice of just delisting a company without giving a warning.
They can make it simple, such as "PU and TBP no longer do business with these sites", as a hint/reminder that the sites are doing something wrong.
Because if PU and TBP just delist a site, without any warning or explanation, some other members might fall into the trap.
I'd be disappointed as heck if I got a sub to Shoplyfter and didn't have access to most of the rest of the Team Skeet network.
I believe that quality and quantity both count as major factors in the value of a site or network.
If you are limited to access to Shoplyfter only, which only updates once a week with a new video, and has a limited backlog of videos (about 130+), all following the same repetitive formula, I wouldn't even rate the site as high as 70.
But the limited access you get to the Team Skeet network makes this site a poor value.
I seem to remember (my memory is poor) that I've watched a number of the Shoplyter videos. None of them impressed me very much. Certainly not enough to join this as a separate membership, without also getting access to most of the rest of the Team Skeet network.

Did you personally experience any slow connection speeds to the Shoplyfter, or any of the other Team Skeet sites you might have visited?
Also, what do you think about the recent Team Skeet re-design (if you accessed it)?
The re-design is supposed to make the network appear fresher, more appealing: but I find it makes site navigation harder.
I think the economic downturn has really hit the porn industry. Seems like a lot of sites are either dying or no longer updating, much more than what was happening in the past.

You mention that the videos are not terribly exciting.
I don't think I've found a single softcore site that has exciting videos.
But there must be an audience for softcore videos, because most softcore sites put a lot of time and money into making them.
My opinion: softcore videos are a waste of time and money. And I usually don't bother watching them.
Which is strange. Because I remember back in the 1980s, when I did enjoy the softcore movies from Europe, mainly from France. But some of the actresses were stunning, so that was the main draw. And nudity in movies was much less common back then, or should I say it had a brief golden age of softcore porn.
This is from the same company/partner/WhatEverYouCallIt behind Amour Angels. This new site is tiny compared to Amour Angels. And I'm guessing that both sites have a similar approach to photos and videos.
So if you like the style of Amour Angels, join that site, because it has a lot more content (models, photosets, videos) compared to Showy Beauty.

I did a review of White Ghetto about a year and a half ago. I gave it a score of 87, not because I liked the site itself, but because I thought the network access was worth a score of 87.

But at $9.95/month, I think the network is a very good value. A lot of content, a lot of variety, and some interesting clips that should satisfy a wide variety of different tastes, for a very reasonable price.
The navigation could be improved, the search could be improved, but I have been a member of this network several times.
I am still a member of Devils Film, and I get access to all the sites in the network.
The preview pages (tours) at the network sites should really be re-designed and cleaned up to make it easier to see what bonus sites you are getting with a membership to any one site. It would make the potential customer understand what is being offered, and would be a stronger selling point.
At different sites, in the previews, some of the bonus sites are listed. At other sites, none of the bonus sites are listed as a bonus.
The preview section of a pay site is one of the selling points of that site. And this network does a poor job of using their previews.
My guess is that if you do join the network through Silverstone DVD, you will get access to all the network sites.
But to be 100% certain, you should email the network, or Silverstone DVD, to get an official answer.
Rarely, things happen that appear to make little sense. So it could happen that if you join through Silverstone DVD, you could find that it is a standalone site, instead of a gateway to the entire network. But my guess is that if you join through any of the network sites, you currently get access to all the network sites.
I was a member of the network about 4 months ago, and found a lot of very nice videos at some of the sites. There is a wide range of material, most of which I was not really interested in, but there are a good number of attractive models in a large number of videos that are nicely shot. One factor I appreciate is that the fake moaning and groaning in a lot of these videos is much less than the average porn clip. The network is certainly not perfect, but it's one of the better ones out there, as far as content and price.

Quality of clips:
I am not an expert like Toadsith, so I can't give the technical aspects of the DVD clips, or the expert's appraisal of the clips. I am giving an average viewer's response to video clips (who has some, but not extensive experience in viewing porn clips).
If you've been a member of justteensite, justteenmovie, or femjoy, you will have seen extremely clear, clean videos. I am talking about visually. They have the highest quality in terms of clarity and detail, almost like high-quality photos.
The video clips at SilverstoneDVD and DevilsFilm are not as high quality visually as the videos at Femjoy, justteensite, and justteenmovie. I remember reading one post at PU that explains that DVD clips are not visually as high quality as the video clips at some special sites because of economic reasons (it's cheaper to shoot lower quality clips because of the video camera cost and maybe other reasons).
The high def video is listed as 1280x720 at justteensite and justteenmovie.
The femjoy, justteensite and justteenmovie clips I saw were softcore, which is apart from the quality of the clip.But the clips were made for those sites, not as part of a DVD. SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm are hardcore clips, made for a DVD market. So that explains why the visual clarity is not as high.
I saw a large number of clips at SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm, and thought they were good or decent quality, not high quality, but good. I did not see any clips that were visually mediocre as in milky or blurred. These are professionally shot clips, no jerky camera shots, fairly good editing (editing could be improved, the entire clip could be improved, but what do you expect from a porno DVD?).
These are straight sex clips, with almost no story.
Production values are not great, but the colors are good: for the skin colors of the models, for the colors of the settings.
I did not examine all the clips. For me to look at a clip,
1. I look at the model in the clip: Is the attractive? If not, skip the clip.
2. If the model is attractive, I watch the streaming clip, to see if the sex is stupid, is the moaning and groaning too annoyingly fake, the background music too loud or jangly.
3. I download and save the clips I like. To see them again later.
All the clips I saw had good, not mediocre, viewing-quality.
There are at least some models at SilverstoneDVD and Devilsfilm that are really attractive. The clips would be improved if they had some story, some teasing, sex that was less mechanical, better acting by the model, less fake moaning and groaning by the female and male models (but the moaning and groaning is less than in many porn clips), better background music, softer background music, and the entire clip could be improved. But at least you get some clips of attractive girls that are watchable.
Visually, these are good-quality hardcore clips.
