You can add, "artsy fartsy" to the list where the producer includes visual and sound effects that make it impossible to get aroused by the central purpose of a porn flick. I usually pass up the anorexic and BBW types. I'll D/L fake boobs in rare instances where the babe just does "it" for me, like Memphis Monroe. Generally, though, I skip past aftermarket tits. Low quality is a subjective term and pertains, I assume, to the video quality and not the model. I'll D/L some low def stuff occasionally.

Frankly, in my opinion, the use of gratuitous derogatory comments is a sign of misogyny that really obscures the sexual desirability of the model and demonstrates the level of contempt on the part of the producer.

Reminds me of the Hustler site back about 8 or 9 years ago where they set up the teases but wanted members to buy the DVD's.
Worse they permitted downloads, but the download was linked back to their site, so if you quit, they would block your playbacks. Worse, if you moved a downloaded video while still a member, they blocked it presumably because they figure you sold the download to someone else.
The folks at Hustler make Larry Flynt's persona as a nasty smelly scumbag very believable.

I proposed the poll bc I've thought about it a lot.
Before cyberporn when my stash was primarily mags, then VHS tapes, then CD's, plus a little on my 10GB internal hard drive, I sorta didn't do anything, but gave it a lot of thought.
Then along came the web and the dramatic increase in quality and size so all the old stuff is just lying around.
My external drives with my current stuff are all password protected, for what that's worth, so the drives themselves can be wiped and used by whomever wants them.
But reading the comments and thinking about my old shit, I think I'll dump everything I haven't touched in 5 years or more.
Now another poll question comes to mind that I think I'll submit; what do you do with old porn you no longer want to keep in your stash?

For quality of content, these guys are 90+. For navigation, a low 80 or high 70. For business practices they've earned a 50-. When I first signed up for 21Sextury they provided an abbreviated network and added a new sit with each monthly renewal. I did exactly that and would up having access to every site. They guaranteed that I would have access to all sites as long as I maintained a continuous membership
Then they decided to split the site and assigned me to 21Sextreme rather than 21Sextury. They let me continue for a few months then pulled the plug on the 21sextury network. They would only offer me access to all 21Sextury sites if I joined with a separate membership.
Now they allow several sites to dry up and add new content via yet another network...21Naturals.
Much as I love their content, their business practices must change for the better if they ever expect me to return to their membership roster.

I will sign up for a site I know well and that has a good reputation on TBP/PU, if the price is $30 or less. A discount would always be nice but doesn't make a difference.
OTOH, a site I've never joined for whatever reason that has a good price ($15 or less per month) either because of a discount or because it's a standing price, and that has no serious down-ticks in PU reviews, I'll bit.
No reviews or comments on TBP/PU = No signup regardless of the deal.

I suggested this poll because of the annoying processes used by some sites. FTVGirls, DDFNetwork and 21Sextury have bounced me off multiple times...usually on a Friday so I can't reach their support functions until the next Monday.
I was bounced without any explanation by Reality Kings and never received any response from their support people. In fact I was automatically renewed while still locked out. The biller reversed the charge when I called their 800 number and complained.
I was restored in all cases except RK but got no extra time to cover for the lost time except by FTV. I'm still with FTVGirls but have left DDFNetwork and 21Sextury.
What I see as being very strange is how many sites I've joined and never had a problem, yet I seem to go to sites where I get bounced regularly.

Me too.
I find search functions to be among the most important aspect of porn sites. A great site with a lousy search capability becomes a mediocre site as far as I'm concerned...and an otherwise mediocre site with an outstanding search function becomes an outstanding site.
Now the question could be enhanced with an accuracy element. Video Box has enhanced its search function but because they misidentify so many of the porn stars, it's frustrating as Hell.

I have long term memberships for both VideoBox and Twistys because they are reliable and always have some content that appeals to me. The discount is big enough that it makes sense.
Then I occasionally sign up for one month on other sites that grab me. If, when I cancel, they offer a major discount to stay around, and if I like the site, I'll sign up for another month.

Compared to the cost of movie house porn and titty bars back in the 70's and 80's, and compared to the videos in the 90's, on-line porn is dirt cheap and far better in content and in storage/retrieval.
A month of a porn site is cheaper than movies and sports attendance by far.
So, yes. Online porn is a far better value than most other entertainment.
