np, pre-sales are boxes that have been pre-checked for you so when you hit "complete transaction" what ever that box has, you had you agreed to it. For example the box might have a free three day subscription to another site and then charge you full price after the three days. To avoid this always view your order and if you see and boxes with checks on them carefully read what they say to avoid any pre-sales.

Sorry to hear that, I didn't remember have any troubles with downloading any of the videos from the website, but I didn't have any issues with canceling my credit card. They must have changed companies, or something like that. I have had my fair share of canceling my credit card because of joining some sites; not knowing that they would honestly stop billing, so I feel your pain there.

Oh i see so only germans have to pay, the the extra $30, well kinda glad the US people don't have to pay that, but I think it's still wrong to make people pay for some service age verification service. Thanks for making it clear to me.
By the way, I have seen what some of germans can do and man does it blow away some of things I have seen the japanese have done.
Glad to see that finally DRM is slowly going away, I'll wait a bit longer so that more movies will be available for download. Down with DRM!!!

This has been a problem with other users, this site also was very poor customer service. One piece of advice get a new ATM card! call you back and deactivate the card you are using to make sure no other unexpended charges show up, and keep a close eye on your account.

This happen to me, what I did was I called my bank I canceled my card right away, then I asked to get a new card with different numbers, just to make sure no other charges will be made on the card, then asked for an investigation on the rouge charge. If you don't keep a close eye on your accounts you will never know when I new membership will show up.
