I've never tried Muffia out, but it's worth noting on the Reality Kings billing, if you click "backup credit card processor" they now have the full month with TBP discount of $17.95 if you follow the Reality Kings link on here and the backup biller is the much more reliable and easier to deal with Epoch. For months and months the backup billing through Epoch would only have the trial option, but it's fixed now for the month join.
I had rejoined it earlier this month instead of trying the 21st Sextury Network which gives you mostly the same sites. I didn't have any problems with this site or the other exclusive sites they have. Throughout my membership, I never saw any downtime, no broken downloads, was downloading at 97-98% my max speed and the navigation is probably less of an issue for me since I've been a member on this site for years.
My only guess on the negative comments/cons that I've seen lately come from the non-exclusive bonus sites, which in my opinion, 21st Sextury should just drop altogether. I would be happy to pay $19.95 a month just for Club Sandy and Pix and Video. The majority of those non-exclusive sites seem to be doing nothing more than getting in the way of their excellent exclusive sites.
In my experience with the site, one of my highest rated sites, they don't string along without dates at all. They have a coming soon section that tells exactly what will be released and and on what day. I was very pleased with the site, quality, quantity, the whole site was great. I think you may be getting the Pacino's Adventure site confused with Pacino's World. Looking at Pacino's Adventure's model index there are 3 Euro models out of 64 models. On the other hand, Pacino's World has Eve Angel, Evelyn Lory, Gabriella Lupin, Renee (Anetta Keys) and Jana/Teresa to name the ones I recognize. Seeing that Pacino's World is just a throw-in bonus site; I can't see punishing Pacino's Adventures for that.
On the videos, the newer videos on Pacino's Adventures are 1440x1080 with 6500 bitrates. The newer videos on Pacino's World are 720x480 with 3000 bitrates. That's a pretty big difference in technical quality.

We've had different experiences on this then. The memberships I've had are 30 days. My Reality Kings membership in December 09, according to my receipts started on December 17th, ended on January 16. Viv Thomas Video joined on January 12th, ended on February 11th. It's not that big of a deal as far as cost goes, but it's just the point if sites are doing this will all customers that could add up to a nice chunk of money.
