Over 90% of the porn sites I've signed up with, and this is over 100 porn sites, have a pre-checked cross-sale.
I have found a few sites did not have a pre-checked cross-sale, but they were definitely the exception.
And when I found such a site, I spent extra time searching the join page, looking for the cross-sale that didn't exist.
That's been my experience, anyway, which is why I said that a pre-checked cross-sale is standard for porn sites.
But if you were lucky enough to find porn sites without a pre-checked cross-sale, I can easily understand why you would view them with a higher opinion.
There are many great porn sites out there. Many with a very inexpensive price, that makes them a bargain.

-Archive site. Last video posted 2020-01-03. That is the main con, they won't be updating this site.
The site score of 88 is because I really like the videos at this site. The girls are attractive, they seem like sweet young women, not porn sluts. Maybe that's narrow-minded of me. I don't hold being in porn against the models, but I like and am more comfortable with the idea or fantasy of a sweet young thing having sex, instead of a porn slut having sex.
And these girls are really attractive. I mean fucking attractive. Physically. And mentally (the image of a sweet young thing, instead of a porn star slut).
And the plot, although it's meant to act as the setup for the sex, does not get in the way too much: you can focus on the attractive girl, and the sex that is going to happen.
And the female models do a good job acting their roles. Better than the stunt cocks, who seem like lame actors in comparison to how well the female models act.
Or maybe I'm looking at the female models and thinking what I'd like to do to them, and that increases their acting ability, because their actions are less jarring than the stunt cock actions and voices.
The female models project the image of sweet young things.

But the focus is on the models instead of the stunt cocks.

I was just saying that when you're starting a new site, you're trying to make as much money as you can, to support the site.

Which is less than the $30/month most sites charge.
I would not join such a small site.

But your idea of "site name + discounts" is a fine one.

If you're new to porn and don't know how to check out a site before joining, you might join this site.
And then probably feel cheated or didn't get your money's worth.
Especially if you join for more than one month.
But I doubt many PU members would join this site.
At least, not until it's grown a lot.
It doesn't look like the site has false advertising.
It's a tiny site. Less than 20 videos.
They really need to combine with other sites to give members more content for their money.

I think Adult Time is probably one of the best bargains in porn.
Because of the vast amount of content, and a relatively low price.
However, navigation can be a problem, because searching for content that fits your tastes can be time consuming; there will be a huge amount of content you have to skim through.
So that reduces your appreciation of the network.
But there is a huge amount of content that is high quality, if you can find it, that will appeal to most people.
Pure Taboo is one of the finest sites in Adult Time, for story-driven porn. The technical production values are very high, it's like you're watching a movie in a theater. The lighting is dark, to create atmosphere, which I think is an exaggerated effect. But it's worth checking the site out.
The problem with Adult Time is it's too much of a good thing: too much content that doesn't fit your needs degrades the experience.
But I definitely think Adult Time is a worthwhile join.
Especially if you can get a low-priced membership during one of the holiday special discounts.
Try to join for low $60s or low $70s yearly fee, if you can.
Membership in any one of the sites gives you access to the entire network.
They often advertise holiday specials for different sites, which are lower than the price to join Adult Time directly.

I think that as Adult Time expands its offerings, it becomes even more of a bargain.
Adult Time is not perfect. I have problems navigating the site.
And when they take over another site, they can make changes.
For some reason, Adult Time likes to decrease the number of photos in a set.
And Adult Time doesn't offer the same choices of definition in streaming or downloading a photoset as in the original site.
But still, you're getting an increased amount of content included in an Adult Time membership.
Even if Adult Time thinks 35 is the magic number for a photoset.
But sometimes they do include more photos in a set, for some reason.

You have a strong case for a refund on your membership dues.
The least you should expect is a pro-rated portion of the dues, with most of the money you paid refunded to you.
Email segpay, explain the situation, and request that your membership dues should be refunded, since the site you paid for is not allowing your access.
I'd go to segpay first for the refund.
Then go to paypal for the refund if you don't get satisfaction from segpay.
You paid for a service, and did not get it.
The case seems simple, but payment processors can be incredibly stupid at times.
Wish you luck in your refund.

Thanks for the generous helping of information.
I believe you're right, the problem was with Firefox, not with Windows.
The new version of Down Them All is much harder to use, and I haven't tried to learn how to use it.
The old version of Down Them All was much simpler, easy to use.
At the moment, I'm kind of snowed with problems.
I got a re-newed desktop, which I'm learning to use.
And, off topic, I have a bunch of cavities in my teeth, which are going to be slow and expensive to fix, as well as freaken painful. The freaken pain has already started, and that's before they have pulled any teeth yet.
So until I get the time and energy (and ambition--at the moment, all I want to do is crawl into bed and hope the pain goes away), I won't be trying your excellent suggestion.
I think someone else suggested something similar a while back, but I didn't follow up on it, because I was thinking an older version of firefox might be more open to viruses.
But I hope to try your old version of firefox with the old down them all, because it was so easy to use.

sonofzog, another PU member, recently reported a slow connection with the Lets Doe It network.
Said that videos can take 20 minutes to download.
Said he contacted support to help fix the problem.
But he hasn't updated on whether the problem was fixed or not.
Did you contact support to see if they could increase your download speeds from the site?
I'm a current member of the site, and don't seem to have your problems.
But my Wi-Fi connection seems much slower than yours, so I'm more used to waiting for my laptop to make slow connections, and to download much more slowly.
Also, I haven't found a replacement for the Down Them All manager I used to use.
For many years I used Down Them All, it was free, simple, and easy to use.
Then Windows upgraded, and for many years, Down Them All would not work with the current edition of Windows.
Finally, they came out with a version of Down Them All that works with the current edition of Windows, but it seems much different, and I don't know how to use the new version of Down Them All. It's not easy and simple any more.
What download manager are you using?
I'm looking for a download manager that is free, simple, and easy to use.
Would appreciate any suggestions.

I'm a current member of the Lets Doe It network.
Agree that the girls are mainly gorgeous. One of the main benefits of the site.
But if you're having log-in and page loading and download problems, that will ruin the value of the network.
I personally don't have those problems.
I hope that customer support was able to respond to fix your problems.
Some sites have great support, others are hit-and-miss, and other sites seem to ignore requests.
My download speeds from the network average around 2-5 Mbps, which is because I use my WiFi connection, which is on a 200 Mbps hardwired connection from Spectrum.
A WiFi connection is much slower than a hardwired connection.
But if you are able to get good download speeds from other paysites, and from a different computer, as well, I have no idea what is causing the problem.
Just random thoughts: are you using a VPN? That can cause slower download speeds, or even failure to communicate (if their server detects the use of a VPN).
Can you check your firewall to see if that is causing problems?
Can you check your connection to the internet?
If you're using WiFi, a slow or weak signal can interfere with downloads, or you can be disconnected without even realizing it sometimes. That was a common problem for me on my previous WiFi connection.
I'm not very tech savvy, but I do know there can be very many problems that reduce the effectiveness of a computer.
Hopefully, the paysite support team can check what's wrong.
If not, you should demand a refund of your membership payment.

Metart and its sites accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
I've been a member of Metart and some of its other sites for over 10 years now.
I've had few problems with my subs.
Never a billing problem.
Very rarely a problem with my password not working. Because they want you to use a single login for all your sites under the Metart network.
I think all my subs from Metart are/were from CCBill or Rocketgate.
I've never had any problems with those billers, that I can recall.
You didn't list what the biller is that Metart wants you to use. Perhaps if you showed it, I might (or might not) recognize it.
But if there is a billing problem, Metart is normally more than willing to fix it.
I've seen instances on PU (not a lot, but several) where Metart support staff cancelled overpayments to a PU member, or cancelled a sub with no charge.
So Metart support staff is friendly and easy to work with.
I used to think the Metart support staff email was one of the best around. But then I found Gamma support staff, which has a live chat, which is easier and faster than email. So I dropped Metart support staff to 2nd place.
