Pretty much had the same experience at javhd minus the download issue. They purged at least half if not more of their videos. Emails went unanswered so I just canceled and never went back.

I thought I did last night but I guess I closed the page before hitting submit. The trust votes don't mean much to me, what does is when the old dogs IE the OG"S leave a positive comment on the reviews.
Hope you stick around a long time. It was very interesting to read your review from a different very fresh perspective, usually it's review after review from us grumpy old guys lol.

Reviews like this are why I come here before joining a site, thank you for a very honest review. Also, check the facts at the best porn, more often than not they have a special discount for the sites listed here. Always good to save some cash.

Thank you for your reply sir. I didn't mean to imply that the majority of the videos were HD, just that they have HD versions of videos on other sites that are just SD. I will tweak my review to reflect that and take in your suggestions to.

This site has always been slow to update and for whatever reason they completely gave up on fantasyhd.com. These sites never have had regular photo sets, just screen shot from the videos. Seems all the sites have slowed way down too, the only ones that are frequently updated are passionhd, lubed, and tiny4k, with povd, cum4k, girlcum, and wetvr being updated once a week. Hope my email reached and the tip works.
One of my biggest gripes with this site and all their sites is the editing. I don't know why but I have always liked watching the talent switch between positions and seeing the penetration, they almost always edit this out of their scenes. Just a jarring jump from one position to the next.
Agreed on the exotic girls being like exotic cars, everybody wants one but can't afford them lol

Plus add the fact that they try to block you from canceling your membership. I did the live chat to cancel my member ship and it took over half an hour!
ME: I would like to cancel my membership to metrohd and the download option (this is very important because even if you cancel your membership these assholes will continue to charge you for downloads for a site your no longer a member of!!!)
THEM: Ok please hold while I pull up your account (Disappears for ten minutes)
THEM: Ok I see your a member of metrohd.com and have the download option. before you cancel can I offer you a discounted monthly rate?
ME: no thank you please cancel both the membership and downloads.
THEM: disapears for another 10 minutes then comes back with multiple site offers
ME: NO THANK YOU! PLEASE JUST CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND DOWNLOAD!!!!
THEM: disappears yet again before stating your membership is canceled
ME: did you cancel the downloads too?
THEM: after 5 minutes they are now too.
They deliberately try to frustrate you into quitting the chat

Probiller are a bunch of god damed crooks! I will never join a site if it uses them again. I joined metrohd.com through them and after 30 days cancelled my membership and received confirmation email. I used a credit card I hardly ever use and forgot about it. Seven months later I discover that they have been charging me for the monthly membership price. I contact customer service and got the same reply as you, absolutely no refunds. I plead with them to read the email through to see whats going on, no dice, the see refund and slam the door closed. I call CS and explained the situation and state that I in fact still have the confirmation email and the tech said to forward it to their CS email so I did. Another tech saw it and blocked the refund. I called back and spoke to the same tech as before, he pulled up the email and issued seven months of refunds. He didn't know what to say when I told him that he's the only honest person working there. He flat out told me that they have a boiler plate policy against any type of refund.

Finally after about 25 minutes total they cancelled my membership and I got the confirmation (it went to my spam but I saved it to my receipts folder in my email) email.
ALWAYS SAVED YOUR EMAILS/RECEIPTS FROM THESE CROOKS!

Yeah they ripped me off over $120. I cancelled my membership with them and got the confirmation email from them proving it. they continued to bill me for seven more months and I finally caught it. fyi it was a rarely used credit card and I caught it when I checked the balance online when I couldn't find my statement. I chatted with a rep and he had me forward the cancellation confirmation email to their customer service email address. Not even five minutes later a rep who obviously didn't read my full email basically replied sucks to be you, no refund. I went back and forth with them for a few hours before calling them and talked to a rep who pulled up my forwarded email and was just completely shocked that they refused to help me and immediately issued me a full refund.
I love the metro network and reality kings but will never join them again as long as they use probiller.

Thank you sir for your reply. I did email the customer support and she told me honestly she had no idea why it was doing that she had never heard of the site before. That’s high marks in my book, flat out admitting they have no clue rather than tell me to join the site and see.

Thanks for the reply LKLK. It's just curious that when typed in lesbo101.com redirects to famdigital.com which doesn't make sense as to my knowledge it was owned and produced by doghouse digital. I just got off of a customer support live chat and she had never heard of the website and had no clue as to why it was redirecting to them. At least she was honest and admitted she was stumped rather than telling me to join and find out. She even gave me a huge discount code for the trouble.

Some of the older 4K videos won't play on my TV and play really bad on my pc, the video stutters and pixelates really bad. the newest ones maybe 2160 in size but are most defiantly NOT 4k. they lack the sharpness and clarity of the older vids. Surprisingly, it differs update to update, sometimes the video is absolutely pristine the next just a resized video. Sadly this network is looking like they are starting to just cruse on their own popularity. I hate the fact that they charge for all their sites separately instead of one network price. You can "upgrade" after you sign up for $70 but that is crazy high.

Yeah, no. It takes them a while to answer any email. By the time they’d answer you, you would be unblocked anyway. It’s all monitored automatically, your blocked at 8:36am then your unblocked at 8:37am the next day. A couple times I had to request help and be given new login info. This site is set up to take your money and give you as little as possible. I appreciate you reaching out and really don’t mean to sound like I’m lashing out at you all all but my experience with this site has left me pretty bitter. My membership expired months ago and I haven’t been back and probably will never be back again.

Yeah I had a hell of a time getting my membership cancelled a couple months ago. Finally did what these guys said and support got back to me a couple days latter. I will never join this site again. It's hard to cancel coupled with a crazy small 30gb download limit that isn't mentioned anywhere plus support replies to emails without reading them so response is useless. It's a shame because their content is awesome.

Thank you for the reply sir, I sent them two emails this morning with my information and have yet to hear back. I emailed them a couple times during my membership and even though they replied they never answered my questions so I am pretty sure I am going to have to cancel my credit card because of them. Omg never again will I join this site, complete rip-off. Unmentioned download limits and non-existent billing support.

Lol in all seriousness, the download limit is SMALL. There should be an unlimited membership option, I honestly would pay for it. Issues like this is why premium site are dying. Having to request your account be unblocked is also so unnecessary, other sites just do it automatically.
As far as the 4k badge I don't see how that would work, how would you "earn" that badge? My tv is 4k only because my old dinosaur tv finally died, even the little cheapie's are 4k, I ended up getting a 55" LG that doubles as an excellent second monitor.

I paid for the premium Internet Download Manager too. I like it so much better than the IDA one.
I had no idea what was on my pc either, so when I was stuck at home for 3 weeks with covid (OMG the sickest I've ever been in my life! Plus still suffering from after effects) I made a database list of my pc and all external drives. Name of file and location of file. I've been a collector for almost 2 decades so I have numerous external drives of varying size, I'm currently using seagates 10TB drives, I have 7 of them alone. I also have 6 8TB Western Digital externals. Plus numerous drives ranging from 2TB up to 6TB that I've picked up through the years. So I desperately needed a data base because I never delete anything lol, yes I am a obsessed porn fanatic. Sucks when they die though, I lost a couple that had content from sites that closed and can't replace it.
